Kimberly told us a wrong estimate and put our time wrong. This led us to being giving a larger truck which we didn't need and being charged more. If you're gonna use this place best to go in person.

Went inside...talked with the guy attendant about trailer wiring...did not have the parts needed...he was busy so he wrote all the info down to put into computer and was to pick up part the next day at another uhaul... appointment for 9 am made for Monday the following week ..I arrive at uhaul at 8:30 am for appointment and they have no record of an appointment and have no part to do the installation!!!!...Girl at counter gets huffy and says she'll call me at 11 am to let me know the situation!!!! I will post again after 11am here to let everyone see the results ..it's gotten so bad these days with the service people receive from the younger generation and with nooo consequences!!!!!

The people messed up yesterday and gave us the wrong truck, then messed up again by giving us the wrong paper, then we found out it's a dollar per mile driven. Waste of time and money. Do not come here.

We’ve rented a trailer twice from this location and both experiences were great. We’ve also had them put a uhaul hitch on our van and had a great experience.

I want to commend two U-Haul staff members, Carli, and especially Jaden.
My family had a move that needed to happen in a very narrow window of time. The original loading/unloading crew we contracted with through UHaul completely ghosted us.
At the last minute, Jaden stepped up, canceled the original movers, and established contractual services on our behalf with Austin and his team at Ambitious Movers. Though their schedule was already full, they worked my family’s move in and served us very effectively.
Jaden and Austin were professionally efficient, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.
Carli, Jayden, Austin, and his team of Melvin, Tristan, and CJ at Ambitious Movers are all top-notch.
We just don’t see much of this level of customer service anymore, so it is worthy of note when you find it.

The drop off was easy enough but my interaction with the manager Carley Harper was less than stellar. I found her to be quite condescending and unhelpful. I won’t be using this location again……EVER!!

Rude. Terrible customer service. Need to train better or fine people with less attitude. Would not answer my question with real information other than the talking point repeated 5 times. Strange minimal hours for hitches, only in the morning.
