had a root touch-up with Sarah at Ulta yesterday, and she did an amazing job. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure my hair didn’t turn out too dark or leave me looking washed out. She took her time, was personable and professional, and even styled my curls exactly how I like them. On top of that, she made excellent product recommendations that felt tailored to me. It’s rare to find someone who gets it right with my roots, but Sarah absolutely did. I’ll definitely be going back to see her again!

I usually enjoy shopping at Ulta, but my recent visit left me disappointed. alora seemed rushed and uninterested in helping, which made the whole interaction feel uncomfortable. I hope this location can work on creating a more welcoming and attentive environment for customers.

Get an email my order is ready to pick
up. Drive across town for 15-20 minutes only to find the doors locked.
No sign, nothing. After knocking on the door a lady comes to the door and says sorry we’re closed. What? Why are you sending pick up orders or why aren’t you sending follow ups emails regarding pick ups.

Good luck getting any help in this store. There were plenty of employees standing around, but not one offered any assistance. It felt like customer service was the last thing on their minds. Don’t waste your time — I definitely won’t be returning.

I’m sad to leave a one-star review, but it’s deserved. This location has employees that do not care about helping customers and would rather profile you to make sure you’re worth their time. There’s always a massive line of people waiting to check out and only one or two employees at the register. The manager also seems to share the same sentiment and doesn’t care either. This isn’t what I expect from Ulta, so I will be ordering online here on out.

Good store, good employees. But the one time I wait patiently for an employee to approach me so I can get something unlocked for me to purchase—I get ignored for 20 minutes. Get a grip.

I went in search for foundation really don't wear any makeup so I don't know much about the quality or anything to do with foundation, an employee there named Shay was very helpful and professional with helping find a shade color she was very kind and patient with me aswell I truly appreciate all her help and for that I give the store 5 stars.
