Love them. I take in old dogs and they are so helpful, informative, and never pushes me into treatments I can't afford.

Dr. Otto and his staff are unbelievably excellent when it comes to the care of my beloved dogs. Dr. Otto has been our vet for 20 years, and I won't make a single decision without his caring and compassionate expertise. The doctors and staff are communicative, prompt, efficient, and VERY caring. I love everything about our visits! I can't recommend this place highly enough - TEN stars and 8 paws up!

We love this vet. There are other vets in Norman that mistreated my sweet baby, but here he gets nothing but love and thorough care. They really treat pets like their own and want the owner involved in all decisions made about care. Couldn't recommend them more!

Dr. Otto and his partner and the entire team are AMAZING. They got my labbie mix in very last-minute while we were visiting family in Norman and my little girl got quite ill. They fixed her right up with antibiotics and probiotics...she was clearly starting to feel better even the next day. This vet team is the best in OK!!!

I boarded my dog Juno at University Animal Hospital for one night while I went out of town. I usually board her at the place next door (OK Canine Corral), but they were booked, as it was a holiday weekend. When I went to pick her up in the morning, she had not been fed (the pre packed food I had sent with her was still in the bag). She also proceeded to have an accident in my car on our 3 minute car ride home. I immediately called and they said that the Office Manager would have to get back to me. The Office Manager called me a few days later and said she would speak to the Kennel Tech to see what happened and get back to me. I had to reach back out a month later, as no one called me to inform me as to what happened. The Office Manager said that my dog was nervous and didn’t eat her food the night prior, so they left it for her to eat in the morning. She also said that the Kennel Tech walked her, but she was “too nervous to go to the bathroom”. My dog is a lab. Anyone who knows labs, knows that they eat everything and anything. I usually feed her with a slow feeder because she eats her food so quickly and I have never had any issues with her not going potty if taken out for a reasonable time. I believe the Kennel Tech took her out (if she even did take her out to begin with) for a couple minutes and brought her back in when she didn’t go potty right away. I don’t believe that my dog was “too nervous to eat” or “too nervous to potty” as she is a good eater and has never had any issues at OKCC when I board her there. I will no longer be taking my dog to this vet for any services because it’s obvious they didn’t care about what happened to my dog or have the decency to call me back when I was worried about the single night I had boarded my dog. I hope that the workers do better in the future because no pet owner should be worried about leaving their pet at their regular vet.

Took a while to see us. It's surprising how busy they are at two in the morning. Took great care of our pup and got her on her way to a full recovery. This was not the first time for us to visit. One of our furry babies cut their paw some how but they stitched it up and made a full recovery. Happy endings for us.
