The UPS Store in Norman offers expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox, notary, shredding and faxing. It is locally owned and operated. The store is clean and nice, with employees described as delightful, sweet, helpful, good people, and fantastic teams who love their jobs and are very good at it. Packages are handled carefully and go out fast, with professional service that can have customers on their way quickly. While there were initial difficulties with phone service, including being hung up on and trouble getting ahold of anyone, the experience improved greatly with a specific employee who provided excellent service, coordinated a difficult pickup, and answered questions in a timely manner.
There was no way for a line when I walked in the store even though it was full of customers, the associate was helpful and kind and help me find the best option for my shipping, and even though it did cost me more than I was expecting it was guaranteed for arrival which is worth the extra money
