Went in a couple of months ago because my phone died and I had TMobile but T-Mobile prices had gone up. So I see a plan online that was going to save me $50 per month. When I get in the store the guy tells me of course that no the online price doesn’t have the fees which isn’t that odd but it was only going to save me about $30 per month but hey that’s still pretty good. After my first 2 bills I just got my third bill and the price went up to what I was paying with TMobile. What the heck. Now I am stuck until the phone contract is up.

After this Month I'm canceling my service with US CELLULAR, Customer service experience was unexceptional, they disconnected my phone even when I made a post payment to be taken out of my account.

Moved from California, been on At&t over 15 years. The service is very blotchy here in Oklahoma. I switched and brought my unlock phone to US Cellular. I was pleased with the service I got.

I had my phone stolen in Joplin, Mo and went to the US Cellular store there. My service was pitiful!!! Ended up stopping by Norman store on our way home to Texas because the guy had turned my husbands phone off and not mine. Josh helped us in every way and even turned my phone in to the insurance we had with the company. Thank you Josh for great service and getting my husbands phone back on. If we are in Norman and have any problems we always go there.

These clowns don't take their jobs seriously. If you like people wasting your time and coming back multiple times for the same thing then this is your place! But if you want good customer service I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

If this isn't a kick in the nuts, got pre paid phone for my child, and have to dial a number 2 times to make a call, I have my number programed into his phone, he's 7 years old and don't understand about having to call 2 times, now I'm sitting here, they know the phone is defective, and yet not wanting to replace it, with a working phone, pretty much wasting my time and giving me a run around.
