Nancy in the passport department was so kind!! I was a little nervous to apply for my first passport but she made the process so easy and she really cares for her customers. It was very nice to talk to her and felt so simple! Thank you so much Nancy!

Nancy in the passport department helped my family get 4 passports done and she went above and beyond for us! She was a joy to be around and was genuinely so helpful and accommodating. Nancy is truly a treasure and the Grey Post Office is lucky to have her!

You do not need much to exceed expectations at a post office. No lines, clean facility, stocked supplies, friendly / ample staff and good background music. This office has it all.

The representatives on the customer support line have always been extremely friendly, caring, & knowledgeable. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. They’re always been able to alleviate my concerns or fix my issues for me. In the past they’ve even followed up with a phone call twice to make sure I was taken care of. Working with people & patients in my line of work, i can truly appreciate a kind cheerful voice, very refreshing & calming to hear so thank you guys for working so hard for us!

Worst post office I've ever been to. I did an address forward. The following week no mail forwarded yet. I go in and ask for any mail that is still at their location. He responds your forward is active. I know this but can I get the mail that showed up today it has time sensitive information that I'm waiting for. No your forwarding is active.Needless to say 10 days later and I'm still waiting.Keep in mind OKC is 15 miles away . My other friend had the same issue,but guess what? They gave him his mail at the location with no problem. I wonder what the difference between me and him was?

The staff here works incredibly hard. this facility was designed for letters decades ago. The amount of packages processed here is staggering. I ship every day and see how much these people care. Many people are not knowledgeable about shipping items, and the process can be frustrating if you’re inexperienced. The staff tries their best they really do. I wanted to leave this review because I’ve seen people upset about things outside of the post offices control such as stolen packages or long waits in line. It is very easy to print a pre-paid label and just drop and go.

Use to love this post office. They are not friendly at all. Staff one time were cleaning with toxic chemicals while hours were open for the lobby. Also the hours online via Google and the USPS website states lobby hours for po box different. I understand they do lock the doors due to the homeless people that have been camping outside and trying to sleep in the building. HOWEVER when you post a sign stating hours being effective as of 10/28/2023 for the lobby being the doors are locked at 7PM to 5AM. You need to honor those hours it's so frustrating to go to the post office after or before work like I did last night 2/1/2024 at 630pm and the doors were locked. Not to mention there were several people there lights had been shut off in the entire building and hardly. FORGET about getting ahold the post office location they never answer the phone.

I have had a P.O. box here for a month. I have received 2 parcels. Of which I had to complain to get. My box was empty today again. Please give my money back. This post office has a whole other agenda..

One person working, another manager walking around looking busy, 5 people in line. If you are in a hurry, this may not be the place. Be prepared to wait.

I would strongly discourage you from using this post office. I have shipped things in Oklahoma for 11 years, and this is easily the worst establishment that I have ever been to. They are the least helpful employees of all time, regardless of the situation. You cannot walk into this post office without seeing multiple people having their days ruined. The line is always incredibly long. I rarely, if EVER, need any help with shipping my packages as I am well-versed in doing so. I have needed help with two things in my hundreds of times shipping, and both times I visited this post office unfortunately. They are rude, dismissive, and terrible problem-solvers. They said that they could print a shipping label for me, I waited in the 30 minute long line to get to the counter, and the lady told me that she could not print shipping labels at their location. I then asked where I might be able to print it instead. She responded, “you can probably figure that out yourself.” Take the advice of the countless 1 star reviews of this post office, and find somewhere else to use.

This post office will go above and beyond for you! I have never had customer service at a post office like the service I get here. Dante helped me out tremendously! The people working here always have a great attitude and are friendly, that means a lot!

Worst experience ever at a post office. Unorganized, rude, no one seems to know what they are doing. The supervisor is a clown. Sounds to me there should be a clean up in management.
