This is the NICEST post office I’ve been too. The young man at the counter this morning (my husband didn’t catch his name, but tall man with glasses and freckles, reddish hair, and a beard yeaaa GIVE THAT MAN A RAISEEEEE) - literally saved my wedding this morning because a package was misrouted by error to this post office. He was so kind and helped. Give him a raise.

It seems to be the same problem in any postal workers office. Always trying to act like I never live at my residence, I submit multiple change of addresses, and they act like it’s infuriating to ask for help like it inconveniences them. The manager at the one off of main the man and the woman managers. If you come in with a clear problem, because you’re upset they never want to deal with the issue. Which leads to more and more frustration. They allow their postal workers to yell and scream while on route because they can get away with it. Their incompetency levels is below a seventh grade level. The entitlement in these federal workers is insane. Deplorable people in all Norman facilities.you ask a postal worker on route a question and the amount of disrespect is asinine. The customer service skills is garbage.

lady working the front started off semi nice but after helping me with an address change she just seemed so annoyed and let out a big sigh when I walked away. but after reading the reviews it seems everyone also deals with the same issue of poor staff.

have to purchase your own tape used to be free i don’t need a whole roll of tape for 1 package they are really being petty over here. like i said i don’t need a whole roll of tape i know have tape in the back to use i’m looking at it right now with tall the old lady she is always never understanding of a situation or ever trying to help you in anyway I just don’t understand it. She literally had tape right next to her and I couldn’t use it. All I needed was like two strips Now I’m stuck with a whole roll of tape for no reason hate this place.

I went for a passport and the wait was about 35-40 mins past my appointment because the person doing the passports was overbooked. But when it was my turn, Cori got me in and out in under 10 minutes! She was so sweet and helpful and I had a great experience with her getting my first passport!

I don't think the issues at this post office are staff based most likely the operation above is the root cause but either way I pass a UPS store and FedEx on my way to this location so it has become pointless to go USPS anymore unless I am just putting a stamp on an envelope. Supply shortage? Guess my tax $$$ are going elsewhere. This time they had a whole 2 people at service windows but anyone going there often realizes whether there are 5 or 50 people in line the don't really move any faster. Left today after 15 minutes of 'oh we are out of that' and waiting in line. Spent 5 minutes at FedEx spent a couple dollars more but it will be there tomorrow instead of next week AND they had supplies to process my needs.

I scheduled my passport appointment out for my family 3 weeks in advance for them to call me the day prior and cancel it. Thanks for letting me know I can reschedule it at my convenience. There is a reason it took me 3 weeks to get a Saturday appointment. Guess I will have to wait another 3 more weeks somewhere else.

Sent a letter Friday 11/17 next day. Well it is Wednesday 11/22 and no evidence of the letter leaving the Norman po on the west side. Trying today to find out what is going on and discovered the phone service is not any good either. Horrible all around!!!!

We went in to talk to a manager. We were told that there were no managers on site. They were out with drivers. They took our info, and said if we hadn't heard from a manager to call them before 4:30pm. We called between 4:10pm repeatedly until 4:30. NO ANSWER
