Beware! I deposited around a thousand dollars and opened a card with them after my bad experience at Midfirst Bank. I had went grocery shopping at Crest and I went to insert my card and it is not accepted. Not a big deal so I try several more time and every time it is bounced. I put my cart to the side and started calling their number. After 15 MINUTES I had given up and went directly up there. The front office lady was very impatient. I described my problem to her and she directed me exactly back to the number. I sat on the phone for 40 minutes and got connected to some guy in Europe. He said that the money I deposited was to another bank and that they (Valliance Bank) had no record of me and the 1,000 dollars I deposited. After getting passed through 5 different representatives who said the same thing, The last representative flat out told me they couldn't do anything about it.Thanks a lot Valliance, now I am out of 1,000 dollars!

Do not bank here. I asked very specific questions and got totally wrong information.I waited two weeks for my debit card to arrive and it turns out the never even ordered it!When I called to voice my concerns, I was quickly offered the option to just close my account. So that is what I did!I got excuse after excuse as to why things went wrong.If they can't handle the simple things, why trust them with my money?Worst bank I have ever dealt with.
