Having to go to the phone store is usually a headache, but Logan was super helpful and patient! He got us out in a timely manner and went the extra mile to get us what we needed the next day. Thank you!

Chris is awesome and definitely great to deal with. The 2 stars are for him. Verizon 0 stars...horrible carrier these days. Can't wait to switch to a new service provider. Verizon has been over charging me on my bill every month and charged me for $900 of equipment that they said I would get credit for. Beware! Highly do not recommend

This place is a joke and not a funny one either. Verizon and particularly this Norman Ok store have led us on a four day nightmare! First after offering what seamed to be a great offer and supposedly check our home area for coverage, they told us " ohhh yes you have great service in your area!" So we signed up...our mistake. The next day we picked up our phone at the Norman Ok location, they were supposed to be I phone 13 pro max's but we only got 13s. So we thought maybe we misunderstood the terms of the contract. (Later thought customer service did confirm they're supposed to be 13 Pro Max's) but this becomes mute as the nightmare advances. They phone work great in Norman, but as we head home the service becomes more and more spotty then by the time we reach our home town it's gone completely. They don't have coverage in our town!!! We call customer service on our home phone and luckily my AT&T phone was still active, we spend the next 4 hours trying every avenue available through their IT to fix the problem, but the problem is their towers just don't cover our town. Finally we ask to just cancel the plan, and return the phones, after another hour we think it's done, we just have to take the phones back Monday. Monday comes my wife returns to the Norman Ok location, they refuse to take the phones back, they're rude, they want charge a restock fee on phones that don't work!!! They say she has to leave the building in 104 degree temperatures with our 3 kids to call Verizon customer service about their mix up! This is 3 hours and counting on the phone hoping our car doesn't overheat with our kids inside to take care of this. This is not how you should run a business! These people are deplorable, disrespectful, hateful, and incompetent at every level. Maybe Verizon should look into who represents them.

The customer service is very rude. They tend to just not be friendly at all while also talking so loud others in the store can hear your personal business. I'm very upset as I thought I was being polite and just felt very flustered leaving. I waited two hours for nothing and will not be returning to this location again.
