I just got a new prescription but had a question and my pharmacy was already closed. I called this location hoping for an answer…the pharmacist working went above and beyond to answer my question, and also explain in depth a little further to make me feel even more comfortable. This is the kind of customer service I need in my life! I felt like I was talking to my dad. Considering taking him some coffee tomorrow ♥️

They're a little direct, I think, but given their location, it's easy to see why from a business perspective. Other than that it was a fairly quick in and out process.

My wife needed a pre-exposure rabies vaccine for her job. We looked it up, and saw that Walgreens offered the vaccine. Our insurance wouldn't cover it, however, we found a way to get it covered through other means; all we needed was a printout showing the vaccine schedule and cost. (It's a $1500 vaccine).
The pharmacist argued that she didn't believe they offered the vaccine. I explained that we already looked it up, and saw that they do. She continued to state that she didn't think they did. I asked if she had a way of checking to see which vaccines they offered, and she refused. I eventually looked it up again on my cellphone and showed her the page stating that they do offer it.
After I finally got her to understand that they do offer it, I asked her for the printout. She refused. She stated that she didn't think she could give a price printout.
It was such a weird experience. She was intentionally unhelpful.
I went to the Walgreens down the stret, and was in and out in less than 5 minutes with the printout.
I don't know what the first pharmacists deal was, but the whole situation was so unprofessional and childish.

So far ok the pharmacy be closing at 🕔 an I had just got done at doc office an come to get my prescription an get back to Walgreens pharmacy and it's closed was a lil upset but was open today but still would give five stars until that happened yesterday couldn't believe it was closed after I left my appointment not Kool at all

Hours list that they close at 9pm. Had the ER send my husband's script there to pick up meds he really needed. Guess not. And the pharmacy they list had a line the length of the entire store.

Horrible service, terrible turn around times. Can't tell you what medicines they have available until you've gone back to the store at least 3 times. Switching pharmacies. The only reason we've stayed with them is because one in Norman on Flood is open 24/7. No longer worth the hassle.

Horrible pharmacy. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! My medication has been ready for over a week but when I get off work, they close without telling anyone. I went today and they said they didn’t even have my medication in their file. I have been going to them the last 2 months, it should be there. I recommend finding another pharmacy, this one is terrible!!!

Front cashier was rude. Snapping at customers. If they don't like their job they need to work somewhere else. We also had to wait over one hour.

They take up to 20 minutes to answer your calls in the pharmacy even when they’re not busy, the drive thru also can take up to 20 minutes even when they’re not busy. For the last 3 months I’ve had problems every time I’ve gone here to pick something up, either it’s out of stock, they refuse to sell the prescription, or they’re just slow and ill-mannered. Don’t waste your time using this pharmacy, they clearly don’t care about their jobs or the customers at all and will make sure to give you the worst experience you can have at a pharmacy.

Didn’t feel my prescription because my insurance was not on on file. An on-call, Doctor sent my prescription in on a Saturday and they decided not to fill it? Who does that? Its January, everyone’s insurance is new. Now I have to call the on-call doctor again and get my life-saving meds sent somewhere else.Disappointed. Will not use again.
