The line is always ridiculously long and moves so slow. They told me my meds would be ready in 45 minutes. 11 hours later, I still haven't been notified that they're ready.

Organized and clean, staff is friendly, at least on the night shift.

They are often very very slow, which sometimes means waiting over an hour in line. Many times the app says meds are ready for pickup and when I arrive, they have only been ran through one insurance, so then employees ask you to come back and wait in line again.

I do not know how to review this Walgreens. Wow simply wow. I have a prescription I have been taking for 2 years. The last 3 months this Walgreens is always out of stock when it due to be picked up. I should have switched sooner. Today is the last time I’m coming here. 2 days ago I come in and they said oh it’s delayed, I come in 2 days later and they said the dr canceled it. Still showing 12 refills. Call the dr. Nope Dr has not canceled nothing. So go back into pharmacy oooo we are waiting on insuarance. Huh. Thought it was canceled. Nope you can pick it up in 40 minutes. Oooh ok. Leave come back. Nope dr cancelled. What the heck. Dr did not cancel it. Pharmacy yes they I said it shows 12 refills. Hold on let me fix that. I looks again at app. Yep it’s been changed by the pharmacy no refills. I call Dr. how many refills should I have they say 12. So if you look at all these pics it shows how screwed up they are, they said it’s been waiting on insurance. Nope insurance hasn’t changed I call they say not waiting on us. Says waiting on Dr. Dr says no they have the prescription. Then they say oh the Dr canceled. Dr def did not cancel. It’s a major run around DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY SOMETHING IS WRONG.

If I could rate -5 stars, I would. They have a third-grader packing pills. I’ve been here for an hour, and I’m just now to the front door. Walmart (or literally any other option) >>>.

Severely understaffed. I waited for over 45 minutes in the drive through. I tried going inside and the wait inside was no better. I feel bad for the staff that has to deal with the never ending line of customers.

My only option for later evening prescriptions, I’d pay money to never use this pharmacy again if I could. Sat on hold for over 30 minutes while in line to pickup, and I finally get to the drive through and they said it’s not ready, give them 30 minutes (they still never picked up the phone). Every time I use this pharmacy it’s the same experience. Avoid at all costs
