I went to Walgreens on 12th Ave for a passport‐size photo. The clerk took my picture, but the digital copy was nowhere near the required 2″ × 2″ size—and, even worse, items on a nearby shelf were clearly visible behind the white background. When I complained, she insisted, “This is how we do it here,” and told me I’d have to crop it myself. This was an unprofessional, poorly executed service. I strongly recommend avoiding photo services at this Walgreens location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I understand customer service sucks. I've worked it myself, but to openly express that im a nuisance when I'm trying to get my meds is rude. My bad for waiting 2 minutes before you opened and sorry not sorry you've got 4 hours of your shift left. Be more professional, and kinder.

Came in at 230 and the Walgreens wabsolutely.No reason for it to be closed parking lot was completely free of ice.There wasn't even snow in the parking lot, why is this Walgreens wasting space, this place should be shut down

I’ve currently been on hold for an hour and 49 minutes to ask if they have a prescription in stock. I’ve been “next in queue” for more than 90 minutes of that. I could have walked the five miles to this store to ask at this rate. And I still don’t have my prescription.

The drive through is a joke. If someone has a problem let go around instead of making the rest of us wait for up to 20 minutes or longer. Plus now they are never open n I have prescriptions I really need.

This pharmacy is becoming a whole joke. They can't stay open more than a few hours at a time and it's effecting peoples health. Always being told different dates for when medicines can be picked up. Nobody can keep anything straight. One tech says one thing and another says something completely different. How is a pharmacy supposed to cater to medical needs if they can't stay open?? WALGREENS DO BETTER!!!

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. My fiancé had a prescription placed early in the morning and they did not fill it and closed early. Very disappointed with the service. Would not recommend.

Made an appt for vaccines online for a Friday at 4:30. Arrived on time; the pharmacy was closed. While there, I received a text from them confirming my appointment. I have experienced so many issues with this pharmacy. You never know what kind of service you're going to get from them. Walgreens is too big and way understaffed. I'm done.

No staff to answer the phone on hold for 45 minutes says more than three people are on before me so I hang up and call the store directly. They say pharmacist is not on duty but it’s only 3 o’clock. Said pharmacy was closed for 45 minutes prior to me calling Due to no staff. This is like the fifth time the pharmacy has been closed this week. It’s Friday.

an absolutely terrible pharmacy. they had an address on file from over 15 years ago and when i couldn’t confirm (i was literally 5 years old when i lived there) they refused to give me my very urgent antibiotics and pain meds. once i was finally able to get ahold of family to confirm what the address was and try to get my medicine they shut the pharmacy down right in front of us and refused to help!

I have used this Walgreens consistently for medications since my house is just down the street from it. I will say I never had an issue with getting my medications and refills on time and nothing was ever out of stock. However, this last time when I went to refill in the Walgreens app, it did let me refill as usual. To my surprise, after submitting my request I ended up finding out (the next day) the pharmacy here is now permanently closed? I wasn’t notified of this when submitting the refill, so of course next day I’m thinking what’s the hold up and come to find out pharmacy is now closed so obviously can’t get my meds like I thought I was. I would have liked to have been notified prior to submitting my refill. Anyways, I refuse to use main and flood Walgreens due to the long lines. I have switched to Walmart neighborhood market for time being. I am done with Walgreens. They are overpriced anyways.

At 10:30 they said they would fill a Rx for my daughter, we waited all day. Went up there at 6:00 and they were closed. Even though the hours said they were open until 9:00

You'd think an actual pharmacy chain might have a pharmacist on duty during business hours, but no such luck here.
