Never coming to Walmart's auto Care Centers again. I had ordered a tire for my car that's wasn't in stock and they told me to come back the next day. I come back the next day and they say that can't help me because there was another before me, there was no one there. And all I need was for them go change one tire, the one I had order the day before. I have a whole conversation to an employee and later they say that they will change the tire. And I was glad that they were going to be able to change the tire, but later after they say that can, they come back to me and say "Do you have the Lug Nut Key"And I said no, and they say that they had tried all the lug Nut keys they had but that no ne of them fit, so I never got my tire changed.

I had at flat tire and I stopped at the tire shop at 4am, accordantly to the website they supposed to open at 7am so I waited 3 hours because I had an appointment at 8:30 in Oklahoma City (I drove from Austin)... to make the story short I missed my appointment and is 9 am and they haven't touched my car. Worse place ever!

I own three vehicles and two trailers. I have went to this auto shop three times and all three times they did not have any tires in stock for any of my vehicles. I have since began using Hibbdon down the road. I tried them again yesterday for some trailer tires. Same result. Not in stock. What kind of tire shop doesn't stock tires? Answer: A fly by night BS auto shop that's what. Folks save your time. It will be hit or mostly miss with this place. Pri good for an oil change, but go to the pros for anything else. To the foreman who said "they run a good shop". I adamantly disagree. You have to have inventory to run a shop Sir.

Walmart speaks for itself. Never have I had a bad experience here. Their staff did take a while to ring me up one time but that was due to their register giving them trouble. Also, not a fan of how long it takes for managers to assist their direct reports who are servicing customers. They should staff more workers to man stations and registers to expedite customers shopping experience.

For the second morning in a row I've attempted to have my oil changed with no success. The first morning I arrived around 815 only to be told there would be a 2 hour wait. I was surprised that it would be that long and they only opened at 7. Since I couldn't wait I returned the next morning this time at 630 to ensure I was the first car. The technician emerged at 715 to inform me and another vehicle waiting that due to him being the only person he couldn't take any vehicles. When I inquired when he would have help he projected 9 am. I get staffing issues but it's extremely frustrating trying to play cat and mouse on the best time to come where there is Staff AND less than a 2 hour wait.

Takes too long to pay at the register. An old lady as a cashier was checking all bags of the customer in front of me, because she didn't know which was the item that she didn't bring up. Then when it was my turn, she was doing mistakes with my order too, like bringing up an item twice, that's not the big problem, accidents happen, but it came when I was buying a 18 beer pack, I showed her my driver license, I'm 45 years old, but she asked my husband his ID too, because she said "she has to ask everyone for ID because she didn't know who is drinking them", my husband is almost 44 years old,I can say that he looks older than me, of course he got mad and prefer not to buy the beer. He told her that she was being so complicated. She never apologized.

I went in one morning to buy a trailer tire and entered through the outside automotive door and an employee stopped me and said to put my tire over against their little fence. He then told me not to go inside and that he would take care of me once he pulled in a car (I could be wrong but I got the feeling he was gonna try to sell me a tire under the table or something) he proceeded to pull in and work on multiple cars and even started a full oil change with out acknowledging me again. After 15 mins of being forced to stand out in the cold I finally just got my tire and left. Just go to the hibdon tires down the street their much better!!
