Everything easy to find. This store is Always clean and orderly. Well stocked. I usually choose to use Scan and Go and use Walmart Pay. That way there is no standing in line and the system is seamless .

Convenient, but their lighting induces anxiety. Which is by intention on the part of the company so people end up making more purchases. So points lost due to unwelcome psychological manipulation by the soulless corporate machine.

Can't walk into the place without ten people showering you with cigarette smoke hovering toward the entrance. Isn't there a law required people to be X amount of feet away? Last thing I want after a shower is to go to wal mart and be saturated with peoples cigarette smoke.

I was in Norman attending to business. A need for boxes came up, and I sought them out at Wal Mart. Everyone I encountered was professional and very nice. Not all the staff members could answer my questions, BUT they all gave a sincere effort to do so. The greeter was a gentleman in a wheelchair, what a PHENOMENAL person! So sweet, informative and patient ( I talk alot, according to my Wife ?..especially to "strangers " because I LOVE PEOPLE). Once my questions were answered, I spent more time speaking with the greeter and it was my pleasure. While checking out, I spoke with the Wal Mart associate (?maybe I do talk alot?) and again great interaction. Simce moving here from Las Vegas 14 years ago, I can honestly say that the staff, CLEANLINESS of the store, and willingness to engage with customers , FAR SURPASSED any other Wal Mart that I have ever been to in this GREAT state of Oklahoma.
