Horrible experience. Card machine was DOWN. So a young kid with an iPad was trying to run my card for a wash. After the third attempt he had a manager come over and work it out. He assured me that my card was only charged once. Then they line me up for the automatic wash. Neutral. Hands off the wheel. The machine pushes my car about three or four feet in, then nothing. A minute goes by, maybe two. I beep. Another minute, I beep some more…. The manager swings back and says it’s broke. They back me out and tell me to come back later when they’ve gotten it going again. While I’m parked by the vacuums hand wiping the soap that sprayed on my windshield, the manager came over to tell me it was ready to try again. Went through the cycle ok, but the spray inside the wash was only covering half my car. Whatever. I just wanted to get rinsed and back on the road by then. But as I pretty much figured, my card was indeed charged TWICE. I tried calling, but the automated system told me I needed to go to the site of service. Went in today, and a different manager told me I needed to contact my bank? Never again.

Good service but just causes some damage to the front bumper of my Lexus gx460 and took some of the factory tri coat paint off . Submitted a claim

I have used this car wash until a couple years ago. As their equipment began to fail so did their service. I moved to Club Car Wash even though the drive is farther. I needed to do a quick wash today and things have gotten much worse! The people are awful and today they treated me so poorly that I would not be back ever! Since I have spent thousands over the years for three cars, I can assure you that I will never be back! What a shame.

$12 is too much for a less than 2 minute car wash with no special choices of any kind no flashing lights no nothing the property itself doesn't even have covers over its vacuum spots the gentleman who helped me in was nice enough but they don't even do anything like running the cleaner over the front of your car over your windshield anything of that nature. Basically I felt like it was too expensive for nothing special.

Paid 18.00 for a car wash and still had bugs all over the front of my car.

I bought the $12 wash which did not wash the bugs off of my windshield. When I spoke to the employee about it I was told that I should have bought a more expensive ($30) wash and then he could have sent me through again

Stanley helped me get my account with Zips back on track. I had misplaced my car sticker and he found my member number and got it all straightened out. He was very friendly and professional!
The vacuums work great! And my tires which looked awful look tons better. And the rest of the car was very shiny … and this isn’t a new car!
