“Great customer service! It didn't take long for them to know me by name. They do not try and upsell air filters, etc if you don't need the item. I drop my vehicle off and come back when it's ready but plenty of people hang out in the lobby for quick service.”

There is a 90% chance you will have to wait. The waiting room isn't much. There are a few chairs, a vending machine, filtered water, and a TV. Bring a book (lol), check email, online banking, or catch up on social media. It's worth the wait. You can also walk across the street to Ramsey's Everything©. That will consume a few minutes.”
“I realize speed is in their name but I was highly impressed on how quick they were able to get me in and fix my truck. My fuel pump went out and within 24th had it replaced and running again. They were also very professional and kept me informed on the process. I highly recommend them and will be back if any other issues should arise.”
“Justin was the only person in Enid that would agree to replace the cylinder head on my 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI (CKRA). If it weren't for all the parts setbacks that were out of his control, it was done in a timely and professional manner for a most reasonable price! No way you're finding a better European mechanic in Enid for cheaper. Justin was fully transparent throughout the whole process and is a true stand up guy. I would totally take my car to him again. “Pulled in to get my battery tested because it was starting great and Jim was there to help my terminals were very corroded and he was very helpful in getting them cleaned and my battery tested. Unfortunately I needed a new battery but I was in luck! They saved me $15 on a great battery compared to the premium orielly's battery and had a longer warranty with a prorate out to 6 years! I dont think I'll get batteries anywhere else now!”

“Highly recommend Clay’s Collision for all your vehicle needs! I’ve used them more than a few times (I have bad luck with vehicles ?) and they’ve always taken great care of me! Recently, I had a faulty part fail on my vehicle which was luckily still under warranty. They did not hesitate to pick my car up and get it repaired. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and they even took the time to deliver my car to me. If my bad luck streak with vehicles continues, I will absolutely be calling them first!”

They fixed the radiator and all the other things I have needed done for months within 24 hours. The customer service was phenomenal and the mechanic manager was very thorough.
