Good pizza..... but the pumps are often broken, parking lot is dirty and often has trash, pumps are often broken, often out of stock on items in the store.

This is what the place looks like at 6:15 PM…. Come in for dinner and they’re out of everything and the staff is talking about getting drunk in the back, not paying attention to customers. I love Casey’s, but this location is a joke.

They did not make my food as I ordered it and refused to take responsibility for the mistake when I called about it.
It was cold, they did not add the extra ingredients I ordered, and they cut in squares which I didn't request.
They told me it was made to my specifications, which it absolutely was not.
I've made the exact order before with no problems so it's not like I don't know how to use the app.
Very poor customer service.

I usually stop by every Thursday about 6 PM & 9 of 10 times there is no pizza (at dinner time) in the rotisserie. The one time I asked about it the girl gave me an attitude, Then the girl who was supposed to be making the pizza was outside smoking. I asked her about it too, and she rolled her eyes and told me I should’ve ordered it ahead of time. I wanted one slice. This place is ridiculous. The owner should fire everyone and hire new staff.

Don't stop here. Restrooms are filthy, pee on the floor no soap and staff doesn't acknowledge you exist. Go a minute north and stop at Loves is way better.

Bathrooms were clean except for someone who had bad aim...on all three toilets. It's really busy in there. Pizza is good. Delicious, in fact. The outside pumps were decent, except the diesel area was absolutely atrocious.

Ordered 2each 16 pc bone in wings with no sauce. Chicken seemed old and hard as a rock... DO NOT order the wings here...

Lack of leadership, lack of any guidance you've got untrained employees trying to train the new ones. The store is losing profit and has only gone down hill in the last 6 months worse then before.

Ladies bathroom was nasty today. No soap. Toilet paper on the floor and it smelled like poop.

Second time that I have stopped here (4 May). Huge pothole in the south entrance of the parking lot. All garbage cans overflowing with trash on the ground around them. Every wash bucket was empty. Drove on to Love’s to gas up and scrape off bugs.

Absolute worst service I've ever encountered. You come in and they won't even give you the time of day , no hello , no kiss my rear end , thank you, come again, not a word. Restrooms are filthy , toilet paper all over the floor , none to use , no paper towels, smells dirty. But it comes down to the customer service and that's what has me not coming back. These people are just down right ignorant and rude !

Coolers always empty. Bought milk it was soiled badly, managers always outside smoking not doing their job while the lines are built up. This store needs a overhaul not some kids running it im always running inside to get my receipts to get for my tax write offs at the end of the year.Food is good, but the store is poorly managed and ran. Outside is always dirty and the lot looks like someone did oil changes outside. Been coming here for years and it's just been all downhill.
