  Kevin was was very polite, helpful and kind spoken. He tried very hard to help me check everything out before we had to put in a ticket. He was very prompt in getting back to me when I left messages.

  Had to replace wifi equipment. Had it available when I walked in just had to wait for them to scan it into their system
