Zero stars if I could. Reserved U-Haul. Drove 2 hours to get there and it was closed. We tried calling the number and texting and eventually they just turned their phone off. Terrible place. U-UHaul should not let them continue to represent them.

Reserved a U-haul trailer.Is it online... Said It would be available when I get there.When I got there, the store was completely closed.No one would answer any Is phone numbers

Every time I have tried to call the last week or so to ask a question they forward my calls and never answer. I have went up a couple times to the store to try to get my question answered about something they have in stock and the door is locked during business hours.
