Terrible Terrible company, I ordered flowers for my mom for mothers day the flowers never got delivered. When I called I was told that a full refund would be made back into my account within 10 business days. Here we are over a month out and still no refund. (I've called back twice and was told the same thing) .

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST floral shop I have ever had an encounter with. I placed a Mother’s Day order of Calla Lillies through Teleflora two weeks prior to Mother’s Day. My order was scheduled to be delivered the day after Mother’s Day. It never arrived. I contacted Teleflora regarding the non-delivery. The shop promised it would be delivered the next day. Day two rolls around…. No delivery. I call Teleflora once again and they cannot get in touch with the florist, so Teleflora files Complaint #1. Day three of no delivery… Teleflora contacts the florist again. This florist states it’s out for delivery and will be there by 7pm. 9pm comes, still no calla lilies. DAY. FOUR. My mom finally gets a floral arrangement full of CARNATIONS! I call Teleflora ONCE AGAIN. They issue me a full refund and file Complaint #2. But wait…. That’s not all…. The florist then proceeds to CALL MY MOTHER to explain how it’s not acceptable to get a complaint filed against her. After hearing about this conversation from my mom, I called the florist myself to explain how they missed the mark on literally every business checkpoint to ensure you have a happy customer. The florist then LIES to me (after previously stating she spoke to my mom) that she has no clue who called my mom but that I can’t hold everything that happened against her because she was swamped with business. When I told her at that point she needed to send it back to Teleflora to have another florist cover it or to let me (HER CUSTOMER) know so we could hopefully get this resolved, she chose to less than HALF A** the job and deliver it four days late with the cheapest flower you can buy but have the audacity to contact my recipient to explain there’s no reason for her to be upset……. DO NOT EVER USE THIS FLORIST AND PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE BY TELLING TELEFLORA TO NOT SEND YOUR ORDER TO THEM. THEY ARE COMPLETE TRASH.

This company is beyond BEYOND HORRIBLE!! I ordered my mom flowers and chocolate covered Strawberries fir mothers day to be delivered 5/12 because 5/14 was not available. The package was never delivered. I contacted customer service twice . The first time was thru chat where I was told a redelivary would be issued. That never happend so I called them . Was placed on hold and then cold transfered to FedEx where I received NO help. They took over $109.00 of MY money never delivered the product and never righted their wrong. If I could give this company a negative amount of stars I would !! With out a doubt the worst experience ever. DONT USE THEM !!

Bad experience: order flowers for a girl im dating sent them to her work. The order was wrong, so i called and asked for the items i added to be taken off my bill. Instead they said they would send a new one next day I said sure. Next day nothing, so i called INDIA apparently and spoke with someone who had a hard time with english, they said they tried to drop it off but no one was there... bs its the largest furniture store in the mid west Mathis Brothers. So i said when are u going to resend.. they said they can't no one delivers there.. what u already sent one item there it was just wrong 45 min call. Then i spoke with another lady from INDIA and she really screwed it up she decided she would send chocalate strawberies n cookis to her for the misunderstanding after an hr + on the phone she said all is good. All was bad no where near Easter and a card said happy easter Namaw and judy.. 100% no idea where that came not even easter time then had a different girls name as a shared recipient and how do u think that went over...Very unsatisfied especially the fact they outsourced their problems to another country and people who have a hard time understanding English.

Don’t waste your time and MONEY ordering flowers from here, try elsewhere to save yourself from headache. Customer service is terrible! Could not understand them, and trust me, they cannot understand you.

Order flowers for valentines day. They didn't show up. Rescheduled for the next day. They did not show up. Best this company can offer is a full refund and 20$ worth of credit. Won't be using 1-800-flowers again.
