I usually stay here for work when I’m in town. One of the coolest hotels I’ve ever been to. When you walk in there are people to greet you and make you feel super welcomed. All the hotel staff is super nice and friendly. I especially had a really good experience with one of the hotel staff named Val. They don’t have A laundry room, but they will take you for free to the closest laundromat. And Val drove me and picked me up he’s a really cool guy and most definitely deserves a shout out!! Also The cleaning staff is top tier never had a complaint.

A fun and funky hotel… not for the cute/boutique-minded. It’s very quirky and industrial. My room was spacious and bright in the daytime with plenty of room to spread out and work, and dark & quiet at night. Ask for a room facing the back alley, not facing the street.

I visited ñm for an event a friend was having. It was the Liberated Woman content creating party and this spot was perfect. This hotel has so many cool spots to see. The rooms are huge. We were in the luxury loft suite and it was massive. You feel like you're in a loft apartment. The staff was absolutely amazing. The hotel has Mary Eddy's restaurant attached as well. I didn't get the experience the food but I've heard great things. The pool bar and Bodega is a very cool area as well. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Service at this hotel is out of this world. Marcus at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate me in a difficult situation and I really appreciate that. Besides service, the hotel itself is very cool and the coffee shop and restaurants are great.

I really liked this hotel.....the room was huge! Converting the old Ford Manufacturing plant into a Hotel was really cool. The only complaint I have is that there are quite a few homeless in that area....The area is being revitalized. We were not bothered by anyone and enjoyed our stay there.

Wow! Hyatt, I just didn't know you had these chains of hotels. Impressive!!Rooms: The large ceilings and the BIG windows!!Walkability: There are so many places in walking distance, and the hotel has a shuttle that can take you anywhere within a 4 mile radius, I think.

Beautiful hotel, modern design with an industrial feel. The restaurant bar is gorgeous and the on-site cafe is cute. Comfortable beds and lovey toiletries. But what really stood out was the staff and service. We had a minor issue with our room and Marcus took care of us with exceptional 5-star customer service. Marcus took care of our issue with a smile and made us feel like valued guests, which is why I will definitely be returning to the Fordson in the future. Nice spot for a romantic getaway!Rooms: Rooms are spacious, high ceilings, big bathroom, and the bathrobes are a nice luxury touch. Very comfortable bed.Food & drinks: The on-site dining at Mary Eddy’s was pretty good, maybe a bit overpriced, but the service was on point.

I love the concept of this hotel, I love how they are right in the area, I love the extra amenities such as the Bodega and bar. I will say we wanted room service and it was not available after the specified time started, so we just went to the Bodega and ate there. Will say my stay was amazing plus I was celebrating a birthday!!!Rooms: The room was spacious, the bathroom was gorgeous. I will say we kind wish we had the top floor to have a better skyline view.Nearby activities: The nearby restaurants and bars are really a vibe. I highly recommend the liberty distillery.Food & drinks: We ate breakfast and I will say it was amazing! The mimosa was definitely strong enough for morning wake up!

The hotel was beautiful and super neat. Rooms were spacious and bed was super comfy. Staff was amazing, recommended places to get drinks before the show we watched and were all so nice. My complaint was that our room seemed to be right by a club or something, the bass and music were so loud til around 2:00 am. Thankfully I brought my noise canceling headphones so that helped a little, but if I hadn’t, I wouldn’t have been able to sleep. And even with those I could still hear the bass, so it def took me a while to finally go to sleep. Also I woke up around 3:00 am to go the restroom and our entire room smelled strongly of weed. Idk if it seeped through the vents or what. We don’t smoke and I hate the smell so that was very annoying and made it hard to go back to sleep.Hotel and staff, amazing. Ventilation and sound proofing, not so much. I’d have a hard time recommending this hotel because the purpose of hotels for me is sleep, and with the music and weed smell that was hard to do.
