This is a shady place I bought a 800.00 Note 10+ and the salesman said it had a one year warranty with Samsung,and a 3 day return policy from them.Well long story short didnt even charge it 2 times and the screen went blank but still responsive so I took it back within the 3 days and was told I have to take it to Twister Wireless and have their tech look at it and they said it had physical damage on the LCD and that it wasn't under warranty , so knowing the truth of the matter which is that their reputation isshady!I called Samsung and the warranty expired last November of 2020,but they would warranty it out so went back to get a copy of the receipt that was legible and the clerk wouldn't even let me in saying that he was told not too by their mother store (Twister Wireless) goes to show who's in the right so be aware that their tech isnt savvy !I took it to another shop and had them put on a new screen and the problem wasn't the screen the tech at Twister Wireless ruined it by bending the pin on the mother board when inspecting the phone problem so heads up that this is a bad business to associate with !

Great prices...if the phones actually work. Got me for $800 out the door on a Samsung s20 plus factory unlocked with Samsung 1yr warranty!!!! Such an awesome deal that it came with a FREE phone case and Charger!!!!! Worked for 15 mins until it locked up my account due to incompatible with network. They don’t tell you that you’re buying a phone that isn’t going to work because it’s getting shut down due to upgrades to 5G. They just take that payment and tell you sorry about your luck...stay away...you’ve been warned...
