Can’t get receipts at the pump can’t get receipts in the store had the soda machine is down no one uses rewards in there cause they won’t let you this doors went down down down every since they got that new manager in it wish they get a better manager

320 pm I could barely even get attention from the 4 employees to pay for gas, I live right by here but im just going to drive to caseys or conoco from now on

Some pumps can't accept credit cards. So pay attention even though it can be difficult because these screens are not very bright (even worse on very sunny days). Most of the time, no receipt printed.

Never heard of a 7-Eleven that charges to use the restrooms; apparently this one does. Just go to Casey’s, cleaner and the restroom has actual soap.

Came here today 6-17-24 at 2 pm and needed help with the gas because it wasn’t working at first but realized mistake after and he had an attitude with me and didn’t let me speak or explain and was interrupted. And he was a middle aged guy with glasses.

Went in just a few minutes ago for cigarettes and soda the lady working tonight was friendly had an amazing attitude even after dealing with a disgruntled customer. Customer service at its finest right there outstanding job!!

(Horrifying work environment)Hi I was shocked by a display that was demonstrated at this establishment recently, I usually come in and greet the employees whom I’ve built a nice relationship with, however I noticed a newer employee being extremely rude… I don’t remember her name exactly but the employee said she was a new assistant manager, she was shockingly rude to most of the customer including myself, and equally as rude to the staff accompanying her… the blatant disrespect she gave me… the state of the store was appalling I nearly tripped over boxes of cups left out by this woman I don’t know who this new assistant manager Is but I can assure you i refuse to come to this store for awhile, her blatant disrespect costs this establishment business and I’d suggest action is taken immediately.
