7/11 employees were great , Laredo Taco here was the worse location I’ve been too. It was a 20 minute wait with only one person ahead of me and the tortilla fell apart before I could even bite in to it. Definitely would never recommend this location. The employee working for Laredo was just as bad with his customer service

Never clean lines for fountain drinks, that's why they're carbonated. Lazy workers.

This location like a lot of other places is clearly short staffed. The staff they do have is always nice to me and they do try but cleaning has taken a back seat because they simply do not have the time.

Within the last 2-3 months the customer service is fair. My biggest observation and bother to me is the lack of supplies. I know it may be blamed on shipping but I truly think it is poor management of the store. The fountain is always lacking either cups, lids, straws or condiments. This is my neighborhood convenient store but I have started trying out others that is just as close for this main reason.Please work on theses issues. Show the customers that this store still has pride, like it use to.Unsatisfied and not so loyal,Jan W

Items are priced lower but ring up higher, lot of the cashiers enjoy sarcasm that makes them seem really awkward.

Customer service is extremely lacking. Two people behind the counter flirting and touching on one another with zero acknowledgement towards the customers besides ringing up items and taking money. They made sure to shout "wazzup!" To someone who seemed to be a friend so it's not like they weren't capable they just didn't care.

We like 7-11. But I have a problem with this one particularly. There's an unexpected car hazard near the side door that looks like a baby tree. I met it last New Year's night. I wasn't intoxicated.Be careful with the green concrete bollards around the little tree. Don't park too close next to them and forget about the second one. I turned in too sharp and put a huge dent into my fender. Had to replace it. Huge trouble and a few hundred dollars. My fault I know.The problem is with my expectations, coming in from out of town. I was looking at getting around a tiny tree, which I could see, not a 5 foot square bollard-protected plant area. But maybe some yellow and black caution tape around the middle of the bollard would signal that the less observant should pay attention. Because the bollard is very easy to overlook if you're backing up. Or an orange caution flag on a pole? If you're committed to the tree it could be worth it.However, I don't see that the tree is really adding something necessary. If it has to be protected on all four sides, doesn't that mean it's in the way? Isn't a parking lot for cars, not tree? If there was a curb, you could still protect the tree, and unobservant drivers could feel going up on the curb, and the tires could take it instead of hitting a bollard that's hard to see at night and folding their fender around it? Or if the bollards were added because someone hit the tree, isn't that telling you the tree is the problem?

Super clean and friendly staff. Also employees do wear mask. Pumps work fine and even when their short staff their super quick and friendly. People just need to learn more patience!

I purchase gas at this location frequently. I just do not understand why it is so difficult to get a receipt at the gas pumps. They have like 15 pumps and it doesn't matter which one you use if you request a receipt at least 75% of the time the pump says "clerk has receipt" which defeats the purpose of paying at the pump! Why would I want to go in and wait in line to get a receipt? It's just not that difficult I wish whoever is responsible for this would do their job. Otherwise it's a nice store the employees are cheerful and the store is clean PLEASE just put receipt tape in the #$% gas pumps!!!!!!
