This review isn’t specific to this 7-Eleven, but it reflects my experience with the chain overall. Many 7-Elevens in the neighborhoods I frequent seem to fall short in key areas—unavailable bathrooms, unreliable ATMs, and random closures in the early morning hours. I understand cash register changeovers and system resets are necessary, but the time is inconsistent. Some people are going to work at all crazy hours. Either you're 24/7 or not.
For a nationwide, well-established brand, 7-Eleven operates more like a local family owned convenient store rather than a competitor to stores like OnCue, QuikTrip, or Buc-ee’s, which boast clean 24/7 bathrooms and reliable ATMs. It's mind-blowing 7/11 is so different from location or location.

I love this store the workers are friendly I can go in any time of the day and find anything I like. The employees go out their way to make sure it’s clean and well stocked with what u need. I love that we can use our reward points to get free coffee etc. this by far is my favorite 711

Awful! These women showed xenophobia. I showed them my Venezuelan ID and driver's license just to buy cigarettes and they didn't want to sell them to me. Very bad service

This is by far the worse 7/11 in ok city .SE 15 and hi. The woman that has tattoos on her face that is working at 8:30 p.m. on Friday nights was very rude and seemed like she was so stoned she could barely even get people rung up. If this is the help that this store hires then there's something very very wrong.

Great 7-Eleven I always stop at before work!! Always clean & all the girls in the morning are very Friendly!...I won't go to another convenient store....Manager Melissa & Gabby are very professional..If I could name em all I would ???

Dirty, understaffed, slow, and just like almost all 7-11's in the OKC it has plummeted in quality. 7-11's are now the dollar generals of convenience stores.

This place is often than all of coffee and coffee creamers they seem to have a delivery problem with that outside of that is a very fast pace store and they go through a lot of product. So it's a good store to stop and grab an energy drink the snack on Excedrin I do have an ATM inside the building as well if you need that type of service you can also pay your utility bills excetera they have a machine inside there for that as well so that's pretty handy all in all it's pretty well ran store sing it to be clean pretty much at all times.
