This place has been out of gas for multiple weeks, but still advertises a gas price on the sign. All pumps are out of order, so what point is there to this business?!

Hoky smokes! I've been coming here for years and been to plenty ghetto 711's in my life. But I've never ever come across someone as rude as tonight. 11.11 11:30pm. She kept following me around, asking rudely under her breath if I was ready yet, and then all of the cars that pulled up as I was leaving were extremely rude to them, too. Her friends were in a car outside waiting on her.It sucks that hanging with her friends was more important than kindness and customer service, and 2 minutes of doing her job was such a chore. I've seen some crazy weird things happen at this 711, but the staff were always pretty great.

There’s two African women that are so rude they asked me cash or card and I said card and they said they are only accepting cash and I asked is there a sign and they said yes and I looked and they expect us to read a sign with very little lettering that it looks like a little kid has written it that they expect us read and they was being so disgusted and that’s why we have to put our stuff back when I had no issue with putting my stuff back, which was for my sonand start saying nasty words. I don’t recommend a store and I think something needs to be resolved and especially being with my son as well, which is very disrespectful, especially if they have kids… They need a new job and I know they’re underpaid which is very sad. No wonder why they’re being so rude in the morning, October 2, 2024.

The bathroom hasn't worked for two years, yet none of the employees leave during their shift. Today's lunch choice was between 2 tiny hot chicken biscuits or 4 containers of grapes. I had the tiny biscuits. I will never come back to this location.

Today, I had an experience at this 7-Eleven that left me absolutely appalled. As I entered the store, a man who had just biked in the blistering heat walked in behind me, carrying a backpack. He was clearly just trying to get in line to make a purchase, standing right behind me. What happened next was shocking. The store manager, in the most unnecessarily harsh and vitriolic tone, barked at this man to leave his bag at the door. There was no empathy, no decency—just sheer rudeness.
When the man calmly explained that he was already in line to buy something, the manager immediately escalated the situation, telling him in no uncertain terms that they were not going to sell to him and that he needed to leave. The level of hostility in her voice was truly alarming. It was as if she had already decided he wasn’t worthy of being treated like a customer, let alone a human being.
The vitriol with which she spoke was not only shocking but completely unwarranted. Yes, this may be a rough neighborhood, and I understand policies about bags, but this man was standing directly in front of everyone, making it clear that he had no ill intentions. He didn’t look the least bit suspicious, yet he was treated with absolute disdain.
When I turned to offer to buy his items for him, hoping to defuse the situation, the manager aggressively intervened, shouting that I wouldn’t be buying anything for him and that he needed to leave immediately. I could not believe the level of rudeness she displayed. It was beyond unacceptable. I was so taken aback by her treatment of this man that I couldn’t justify giving this establishment a single cent of my money. I walked out without making a purchase and went to Quick Trips down the street, where the service was light-years ahead of what I witnessed at 7-Eleven.
This kind of behavior is inexcusable, and no one should support a business that treats people with such utter disrespect and contempt. The manager’s actions were a disgrace, and I urge others to think twice before spending their hard-earned money at a place that clearly has no regard for basic human decency.

Why hire employees that are rude and won’t do their job? Not can they read. They refuse to honor the sales that are clearly posted on their shelves. Worst customer service ever! On top of that they have bums all over the place begging you for money! The black guy with the dress on night shift should find surgery job if he don’t know how to talk to customers. Find something outside of customer service. This new young generation knows nothing about work ethics. They’re ALL pathetic!

If I could rate it at zero stars, I would. Middle aged female employee there today, decided her first interaction with me would be to yell out at me, in a nasty tone. I had bought a coffee and a couple of donuts. I realized I forgot an energy drink when I got to the door, so I turned back. As I stopped in front of the fridges, I hear her yell at me that I couldn’t have that bag with me. I turned back, looked at her and tossed my bag on the counter. She didn’t like that apparently, so she picked it up and threw it across the store. Then proceeded to threaten to cause me bodily harm, including kicking the back of my head in. She got right up into my face in a threatening manner all while using threatening language. I told her if she put her hands on me, I’d call the police. I did not linger, act suspicious or do anything out of the ordinary for her to have immediately treated me with such disrespect, and what would be considered verbal assault/harassment. I had came in, poured a cup of coffee, grabbed a couple of donuts for my family and immediately paid for my stuff. 5 seconds later, I realize I forgot the energy drink. Another 5 seconds later, I’m being harassed/threatened by an employee. She should know better at her age, she’s old enough to be my mother. Corporate has been contacted about the issue.

Absolutely without a doubt one of the most disgusting 7-11’s I’ve ever seen or been in. I will say, I don’t k ow her name, but the girl that rang me up was great and provided good customer service … the other girl, however … ya know the one that was cleaning the bathroom that is “permanently closed”. I asked, her words not mine. So my question is this … why are you cleaning a bathroom that’s “permanently closed”? If that’s the case it would never be used and therefore would. It need cleaning or trash bags replaced or whatever etc etc … which leads me to my final question … where the heck is bathroom cleaning girl pee’n and poop’n all day if the bathroom she’s cleaning is “permanently closed”??? I mean for real …. It makes me think 🤔 maybe … just maybe it’s not permanently closed … maybe bathroom cleaning girl simply doesn’t want the public to use it because they might mess it up more than she and her co-workers would so why not take care of the employees and screw the paying customers out of a pee’n opportunity … just sayin’ …

They had NO hot food! When you're out of hot food, you have to grill fresh ones.

Very disappointed in this store, it’s a 24 hour store and I came here around 3:15 in the morning and the door had a sign saying would be back in a few minutes, well the lady was in there mopping, and cleaning, meanwhile a lot of people are coming and some waiting like I was, they lost a lot of business and after 25 minutes they finally opened the door to let a worker out and the guy that was working said they close til 430, how are you going to be a 24/7 store but close for over a hour.
