Claimed restroom is not working...no other bathroom options at an establishment that serves food..When asked what they were doing for a restroom as employees he stated I said it's not working..very rude and disrespectful

The coff the coffee is stronger than the store down the road but it still could use a bit more coffee in the coffee it's possible though the store clerk this morning early at 6:37 a.m. seems to be bitter and is making customers angry way too early in the morning I'm not sure why if it happens to everyone or if this is a discrimination thing I hope it's not

I had a really disappointing experience at the 7-Eleven on NW 19th. I came in and bought a can of tobacco, only to realize right after opening it in front of the cashier, Dezric, that it was defective. The product was dried out and completely unusable. I showed Dezric the issue right there, thinking he’d help me out. Instead, he brushed me off and flat-out told me it wasn’t his problem. He went as far as to say I’d need to come back in four days to speak to the manager if I wanted any resolution.
Aside from the awful customer service, the store was an absolute mess. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in days, the drink dispensers were sticky and grimy, and the shelves were cluttered and poorly organized. Honestly, the whole place just felt dirty, which isn’t what you’d expect from a place that’s supposed to be convenient and welcoming.
Overall, I left feeling not only frustrated with the product issue but also uncomfortable with the general state of the store. I won’t be coming back here, and I’d advise others to take their business to a different, cleaner, and friendlier 7-Eleven location where the staff actually care about helping customers.

Drove an hour. Stopped to get gas and a drink and told they do not open restroom to customers and woman working was rude. Crazy to me for a place right off highway. If you are traveling go to 10th and Portland at the oncue instead. Took my business there.

I love this location and their employees. Some of these reviews are just idiotic, like the comment right below mine. Yes the system has been down for a couple of days, but they actually have signs up outside as well as inside the store that it's cash only. How do you give this location a 1 star because you cannot or do not read? It's your fault you didn't read the 5 signs before buying the big gulps. I see you can type, so I know you can also read, because reading and writing goes hand in hand. How is it their fault you decided not to read what's posted all around the store? Do you expect them to actually state it out loud too that is cash only? Some of you people are ridiculous.

Some worker try to rob my mom and call her a bitch and laugh at my mom so my mom and my step dad went to 7-11 to get gas for there car then my mom went in 7-11 and some worker want my mom money then after that my mom said no and some worker call my mom a bitch then laugh after that she left and she call the police then my mom talk to the police my mom phone number and other information that my mom talk to the police after that the cop show up and my mom talk to the cop what happened then my mom left and went to the house
