Staff is lazy and uncooperative. I went in again this morning to get my husband coffee and a donut. They refused to sell me a donut for whatever reason. This isn't the first instance. One of the staff previously lied and said I wasn't allowed to wait to be picked up for work there causing conflict with Force Staffing. Another instance was when the staff refused to clean one of the coffee machines for at least three weeks.
Edit: I encourage everyone complaining here to take their grievances to the corporate hotline even if they refuse to provide it as they did with me. 1-800-255-0711. You will not be disappointed.

They are always running a scam. Overcharge for items even with the CURRENT specials, points won't work, card reader down etc. Avoid this one if can honestly.

This 711 is never open . Seems like everything I come it is closed and that is crazy. They used to at least put a sign on door, but now they don't even do that . Just don't open door.

The cashiers made me take off my backpack at the door with my rent money and some other items in it. When I asked for my bag back they acted like someone else took it. They robbed me!! I'm not from that area and didn't want to leave my bag in my car and thought taking it in with me would be safer. NOPE! GET READY 7/11 IM SUING FOR MY MONEY BACK. and u should really watch who u hire to take care of your customers. Pieces of trash

Don't pay cash for your gas, last night I paid $31.00 for gas the pump would come on and they said I already got my gas and didn't. Call corporate no call back from them. The manager said the girls drawer came up short, I didn't get my refund. They just lost 1000s of my dollars cause I'll never go there again. Rip off company is what it is. They could have put me on another pump and didn't, this is what was on the pump when I pulled up and when I left. I left with a empty gas tank and had to borrow money to get to work . Screw you 7-11?

The store needs to be shut down for a deep cleaning!! Then get all the vagrants off the property, it's like the matrix in the parking lot, place STINKS VERY BADLY!!!!!!!

I was excited for this store to open. Unfortunately it’s not a good one to stop at. The pumps never have receipt paper in them. The store is very dirty and you can guarantee to be confronted by homeless. The tea machines are empty most the times. Typically only one cashier with 4+ people in line to check out.

Dude named Robert confronted me while I was in line asking me if I was gonna pay for a 2 dollar roller item very aggressively. Followed me around the store harassing me. As he is harassing me the lady behind the counter had several customers and the store was filthy nasty. Not too mention as I was leaving he followed me out of the store. ALL THIS FOR 2 DOLLARS WALKED IN WITH CASH IN MY HAND
