I’ve NEVER been treated worse by a cashier then I am by Alfreda when I come to this 7 eleven. It’s to the point where I dread coming in because she’s so rude to me every time, at first I thought she was just having a bad day or hated her job, but she definitely just doesn’t like me for some reason. All the other cashiers are amazing! But anytime she’s there, she snaps at me to “ COME ON “ “GO” “SWIPE YOUR CARD” “HURRY UP” and rolls her eyes at me. I wish there was more gas stations in the area but Unfortuneately there isn’t so I’m forced to deal with her rude attitude toward me and it sucks and it even ruins my day sometimes when I’m already dealing with my own problems then to be treated rudely for no reason by a random lady

I like the atmosphere, but I don’t like that I got there at 6:45 am The young lady told me that she can’t give out money orders until 8:00 AM, but I have to be at work at 8 AM. She said it came straight from her manager of the store but guys do you really think that’s fair specially if it’s not a rush-hour in the store yet, and 12 shifts so this was the only time in the morning for me to get my money order that shouldn’t do your customers like that

I recently stopped at the 7-Eleven at 7216 N. Western Ave. for gas and was pleasantly surprised. The staff greeted me warmly upon entry, setting the tone for a great experience. This location stands out for its cleanliness, friendly associates, working fountain drinks, and organized aisles. I highly recommend this 7-Eleven for its exceptional service and well-maintained facilities.

Today at 12:10 I had to call 911 on one of the employees today. She had parked in the employee parking and I didn't realize she was in her car so I parked in front of her. Instead of honking, flashing her light, talking to me, or even waying she just drives just up on my car almost hitting me head on. I waved sorry and start to back up when I do someone pull in behind me preventing me from backing up, she gets mad and continues to drives head on at me I got upset at how she was acting and decide to just leave since they were busy. She decides to follow me for about 4 blocks flipping me off multiple times almost hitting me about 3 more times she then comes up on my left side to hit me again. At this point I didn't 100% know she was the 711 employee me and was kid were afraid it was a random person and I don't know what they would of done. But as soon as I saw her face and uniform I realized who she was. This is unacceptable and completely inappropriate. She was reported to the police.

I live close to this store,which is the only convenience of it tbh..firstly their drink machines are out of order on certain things like lemonade on fountain,they don't even bother to mark what's out of order,the paying customer is supposed to guess? Not everybody drinks pop guys so the least you can do is keep up on your made tea,but they can't do that either..I don't blame the worker,I blame management for allowing it to continue.

Soft drink area was pretty clean and well stocked. Older property but decent. Not the most friendly cashier but maybe just not having a great day. ?

My new 7/11 —I followed a valued employee from a previous 7/11! Heather is the sweetest and most genuine people you’ll every meet working in customer service! She is always smiling and greeting everyone (even while busy) she recognizes everyone she helps through the day! She is also one of 7/11s best sales woman! She is great at offering all the DEALS! Just finished getting my Easter basket stuffers because Heather suggested today was the last day of $$$ dollar deal days! Heather is amazing & if you want a great experience in a 7/11 go see her — she works all the time !!

Typical 7-11, what you see is what you get. The workers are pretty nice! I do feel bad for them as they seem to have to deal with a lot of problems the upper management should be handling.
