I’m reporting this convenience store for the lack of service at 3am to 4am. I understand if someone needs to use the bathroom or has an emergency issue to take care of… but this wasn’t a bathroom break. I’m appalled by the lack of attention given by this very store. I pull up and there’s a sign that says (gone to the bathroom be right back) I am an Uber driver and have been for 8 years and never have I ever had a negative experience with a 7/11! This means 24/7 service just in case anyone doesn’t know why the name 7/11 is 7/11. Can 1 person in the entire world please explain to me how someone who is supposed to be working an overnight shift, just disappears and leaves a note that they’re using the bathroom?! I sat outside of the establishment for about 10 minutes then I pulled up next to the dumpsters still awaiting the clerk for the 7/11! I saw a guy loitering around the front of the store, I cracked my passenger window and I asked if he worked there?, and I also asked him “do you know the person who works here who’s supposed to be at WORK?!” This man says “yes he knows the man who works there”…So. I asked another question, “ is he really using the bathroom?” And he responds immediately a “yes”. I waited an additional 5 minutes and then in disbelief😳 left with my passengers. I, as an Oklahoman all of 35 years, have owned my own business, managed it and all of my employees were managed very thoroughly and professionally by 1 person of course we had a team player mentality but that’s what offers great experiences and the very reasons why people come back, time and time again. I have never, like I stated before… had any kind of bad experiences with any 7/11 or any other convenient stores. If this would have been one of my employees I’d fire them on the spot. This is unacceptable and as a customer it’s very irresponsible of 7/11. This is not customer service, if that’s customer service then I am Lady GAGA!!! It is not professional service and I would not be paying for service for people around this community that act like they do not care about people. I would appreciate it if the General Manager would be willing to contact me regarding this matter. I am sure they’re unaware that this is happening. Thanks for letting me share my experience with you all, and I hope this helps someone else in the future!

Last week I put 10$ in my gas tank and there was water in the gas and it has screwed up my motor, then on top of that the rewards never seem to work at this location and the only good employee there is the Indian guy the rest don't care they are at work, this place is horrible and I don't recommend coming here if you care about price or messing up your car with there gas

Every single time I get gas here, the machine asks if I want a receipt and then tells me the clerk has it. Disabled, elderly and families with children in the car cannot easily go to the clerk to obtain a receipt. I don’t know if this is a way to save money or if employees are just not restocking the receipt paper. If a receipt option is not readily available, offer a “text the receipt” option.

The cashier when I went in today was incredible.
She helped me with my EBT purchase.
However, I come into this establishment once or twice a week and there hasn't been air conditioning for about 3-4 weeks.
In the Oklahoma heat? Really?
7-11 can afford to fix it, so why is my favorite cashier suffering for this??

I came inside and paid for $15 on pump 4 at the register with cashier name KAT. I went outside and began pumping my gas THAT I PAID FOR but it wasn’t coming out of the pump. I didn’t keep pumping to see what else I could get out of it I stopped it at $3 and moved my car to another pump. Again, I WASNT ASKING FOR NOTHING FREE I STOPPED IT AT $3 WHEN I NOTICED IT I DIDNT KEEP PUMPING AND THEN COMPLAIN ASKING FOR MY WHOLE $15 DOLLARS BACK! Go inside to notify her she tells me the money went back on my card since I hung the pump up I told her I know that but what about my $3 that I didn’t get pumped she tells me there’s nothing she can do about it because “shes not a manager, don’t wanna be a manager, and don’t do what managers do” her whole attitude was terrible since the beginning of the interaction. I told her if a pump isn’t working and I didn’t get my gas there is something she can do and that I’m not asking for anything for free just what I paid for. She again argues me down in front of a whole line and not only that she asks me to get out of the way because it’s not fair “IM MAKING THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WAIT” but these are paying customers just like I am and if there was something they didn’t get that they paid for they would ask the same thing I’m asking for! I didn’t move! I asked her to get her manager she calls him and is snobby the whole time on the phone with him talking about me like I’m a terrible person when I didn’t ask for anything but what I paid for! She embarrassed me in front of countless people like I was a nuisance or a burden when all I wanted to do was get gas! As long as she’s here I’ll never shop at 7-11 again and will do my best that the city knows to shop at OnCue before 7-11 because you’ll get what you paid for and won’t be treated like a thief or menace to society! She basically told me I was lying and to get out of the way so she can help the good paying citizens of Oklahoma City. Worst experience ever. This is a convenience store and it was anything but that! She told me “you’re tripping over ThReE dOlLaRs?” Ma’am I don’t care if it was 67 cents I just want what I paid for who cares what amount it is I’m not asking for anything for free and 7-11 isn’t giving anything away for free! Worst experience ever DO NOT SHOP HERE TAKE THE DRIVE DOWN THE STREET TO ONCUE WHERE THE VALUE OF YOU SHOPPING WITH THEM IS APPRECIATED AND YOURE NOT TREATED LIKE AN OUTCAST WHEN YOU ASK FOR GAS THAT YOU PAID FOR! I hope this is not how Chris is training her employees to be now. KAT IS A DISGRACE TO EVERYTHING CHRIS HAS MANAGED THAT STORE TO BE AND WILL DEFINITELY DIMINISH HER STORES LEGACY BY EMPLOYING PEOPLE LIKE HER. SAVE YOURSELF THE PUBLIC EMBARRASSMENT AND SHOP WITH ANOTHER GAS STATION LIKE ONCUE, QT, OR CASEYS. CASEYS HAS THE BEST REWARDS APP IN MY OPINION BUT EITHER ARE BETTER THAN BEING DEGRADED OVER $3 IN GAS.

NI would have rated this 7-Eleven five stars as I have always had positive experiences there. However, on this particular occasion, I encountered a level of disrespect and rudeness that was truly disappointing., This individual, clearly dissatisfied with her position, refused to provide me with the Manager's name, indicating awareness of her unacceptable behavior. Even other customers present were taken aback by her actions. The store is excellent, but certain employees would benefit from customer service training.

Good shopping with the store and great products to purchase plus 7Rewards are offered.Employee was unkept and not smelling his freshest. Looked like he worked a 24hr shift.Atmosphere had a Weed smell throughout store. Dreads should be neat and employees should smell fresh per Employees handbook
