My husband went inside to pay for gas on pump 10. The cashier took$10 from him and didn't turn on the pump. So he went back inside and asked her to turn on the pump. She told him to get back in line. He said no he already paid. She told him "calm down homeboy and get back in line." Then he said you know what just give me back my money and she ignored him and kept it. I had to call corporates. This is happening about an hour ago. Will not go back to this location.

WATCH OUT! Newer store with false advertising fuel prices from street signs. Pump price is WAY more! Advertised $2.68 E-10 but charged $2.95 at pump. $3.28 for non ethanol but charged $3.95 at pump. Location is extremely dirty outside and inside store.

This is a bad area but there’s still nice gas stations that’s around like on-cue on Reno that’s been there for 15 years this 7-11 just opened I don’t even think it’s a year old and it’s the dirtiest gas station I’ve ever walked in , the bathrooms are filthy ,customer service are terrible, gas pumps are shut down , the new concrete is covered in filth my feet stick to the floor for a new gas station to be totaled like it is at this point is a sin but the people they hire are the problem I told them about the filthy bathrooms and RASPUTIA the worker ate her Cheetos and could of cared less

This 7-11 is a joke and it's not a good one.
They haven't had any Tea in their fountain area since day they opened the doors..
The workers always say it's because of suppliers and yet other 7-11 have it and fresh daily..
The works are always on phones and not cleaning restrooms and floors.
New manager needs to be restraining and so do employees.
I'd give no stars but it doesn't allow it on Maps..
Clean the gas pump area trash cans..

They don't have any way to pay bills or too get money orders. Half of the stuff they don't have. Wish they did then I wouldn't have to go across town

Okay sooo... This is absolutely the worst 7-11 in the city and specifically the west side of the city. Why open this 7-11 here , and then staff it with incompetent employees. The only reason I can say this because I use to manage a convenience store. Wlico/Hess to be specific, so I know what I'm talking about. Today, about 5 pm this evening (so y'all can roll back cameras) I saw the worst example of customer service. They lady who was working the register, didn't care how long the line got, which by then it had got to the back of the store and started to wrap around. Didn't care about people walking out drinks and whatever else was in their hands without paying. Didn't offer no apologies. They are almost always under staffed, but have the nerve to have district meetings and hire people from this store. You'll see them every so couple of months "the so called" big wigs come in their semi suits and have a meeting at the tables with a bunch of people, but still hire the wrong people here. I'm the mornings make sure you have a debit/credit card because half of the time the store is turned over late. But there is nothing convenient about this 7-11 when half of time it takes 10-15 to complete a SIMPLE transaction. AVOID, just go to the duo across the street, or just a mile further up there's an ONCUE. Simple.

Me and my kiddo went there last night around between 9:45 to 10:05 because it was hailing and the tornado sirens were going off and we were told that we had to leave because they were closing down the store the white gentleman that told us to leave he was very rude about it and the little Mexican girl that was working there did not know what the policy was when a tornado came we had to drive all the way down to Reno and MacArthur at a oncue to get shelter because we were asked to leave the store and then when I called to make a complaint with the manager this morning she's going to try to tell me that the person that I said that was working there was not there and be very rude about it and then I asked for corporate phone number and she's like oh well you got to look it up I don't know it 5-19-2024

This location continues to disappoint. Sticky floors covered in trash, the girl working has her boyfriend up here and I drive for Lyft, been by here twice in the last 2 hours and he's been here lingering around and glaring at male customers. Smoking not a foot from the door. Time is 2:50A.M. 4/24/24I THINK the person I saw inside was another worker who's stocking? But every time this girl checks someone out she walks outside to talk with her boyfriend again.Another girl just came back in from her car with smoke pouring out, I've been here for almost 20 minutes and she just now popped out. Didn't think we got smoke breaks when I worked here? Then again... we also had to clean the store and had Steve breathing down our necks about being on our phones.Oh. I stand corrected. She finally did some work.... she closed one of the little charging ports on the table.Maybe if you paid better, you'd get better. Just a thought. I don't ever step on dry soda at On Cue. And the bathrooms are actually clean.

Brand new store Laredo taco included with all it's crusty old food they expect to charge 5 dollars for a breakfast taco that's been sitting there for 3 hours with a fresh batch in their hands and told me I had to have what was left before they could get new if you're having to scrape the sides I think you got you money's worth out of that pan and thats if you can even get someone to help you went back to the same line 2x with 10+ employees who were to concerned with who was dating who to help a customer and then I just get a drink and gas honestly it's not worth it to even post more than. Likely doesn't get seen anyway but I honestly can't stand 711 anymore that small town store and polite employee days are long gone its sad and I sound old but I'm only 38

They say you get 5 cent discount if you use your loyalty card but they're $15 higher than everybody else on the same gas no ethanol.
