Lady who works am shift 10am on 5/4/25. Why work if ya don't wanna be there. Ask them to put your points in and they just say oh it didn't change nothing, hey dummy your app tracks your purchases when ya use your points.. Go there for the deals and get ripped off just because they wanna be lazy. Oh and the donuts that are on sale out dated from last month. Don't know what happened to that store.

Go here if you have 20 minutes to spare getting 10 gallons of gas. Pumps b slow! Oh yeah, enjoy the cleanup and wasted fuel as auto shutoff doesn’t work either. Fix your stuff!

Yea…. I don’t want to come in a store and hear rap music blasting from behind the counter and both employees on their cell phones not even looking up to acknowledge that I’m standing at the counter waiting to pay for my stuff.

I go into the store for one thing, i grab it, walk over to the register, the employee sees me says nothing i stand there and kept standing there while shes doing what she's doing then gets done and says i will get you at the next register, didnt say sorry for your wait nor have a good day. SIMPLE Simple customer service skills that clearly she did not have. What a shame, wont be stopping in there for anything not even gas.
Do better hun, thats your Job.

The workers at this store need to get off their phones and pay attention to the customers this is ridiculous when they don't listen to you and you don't get your discounts I am not happy

They advertise their Mingling Lager 12 pack at 13.99$ but charge 14.59 at the register and say there's nothing I can do about it what the hell, that's wrong and illegal. I know its by less than a dollar but its the principle of the matter don't tell me its one price and charge me more

Only one employee makes it worth going here the home Boi with dreads in a silver collard shirt great guy our side of that this location ether has hateful people or tweaker s don't know how to do their job and use the pos property does not understand what customer service I'll be going to Casey's next intersection down from here on out

To back up the other review from 3 weeks ago yes this employee is Hella rude and unprofessional. Went in to get money orders as usual and she got a attitude saying "we don't do those." I'm like, since when I come here all the time. She then says with an eye roll and deep breath "the machines are down." Well that isn't the same is it? Yes she always got a snappy attitude so I can believe she was racist to the other person that left a review on here. I can't stand ppl that work customer service that clearly don't like ppl. Like girl go deliver mail.

The kid that was working by himself on 1/26/24... last night did a great job smiling and had a line a mile long! To his manager, maybe schedule a backup so he's not working alone on a busy Friday night. He hung in there! Great customer service, especially for his circumstances
