    It is an underrated place. It has lot of potential however it is a bit empty, at least on weekdays. Which for me was perfect to bring my laptop, grab a beer or coffee and work quietly. There is a brewery, coffee shop and delicious Vietnamese sandwiches.

    We come here weekly for coffee on Saturday or Sunday morning. Really only coming to review because the current custodian is very good and incredibly nice.
