I had a great experience renting a car through Google! The booking process was simple, transparent, and quick — I could compare prices across multiple rental companies in one place. I appreciated that all fees and insurance options were clearly shown upfront, so there were no surprises at the counter.
Pick-up was smooth, the car was clean and in excellent condition, and drop-off was just as easy. Customer service was friendly and efficient, and the entire rental matched exactly what was advertised online.
I would definitely use Google’s car rental service again for future trips. Highly recommend for convenience, fair pricing, and peace of mind!

I will never rent from them again. Worst experience of my life. The guy treats women as if they know nothing. I rented a minivan for a week to take a trip to New Mexico. It costed me 1000 to rent this van that had issues, body damage and more. I wasn't to concerned about the body issues, but more about the mechanical issues. The check engine light was on and the tire pressure light was on. The gentleman assured me that it was a sensor that they had ordered it already and that is be fine. Told me the check engine light was from the oil change being done and that they had a new mechanic and he didn't know how to clear it. Upon getting to New Mexico, the van started overheating and had no power at acceleration. I called the company and was told by the gentleman that all I needed to do was throw it in park and back in gear again. I know quite a bit about cars and I wasn't going to do that, because doing that will kill your transmission. So I waited a day to see if the van would run better but was still having issues, so I called him back. It took almost an entire day for him to get back with me to give me the name of a mechanic shop to take it and have it looked at. Upon getting the vehicle there, I haven't heard anything from them. My dad had to buy me a new car just to get back home to Oklahoma because my daughter had a medical emergency and needed to get back home. I have sent the rental company messages and they still have yet to respond. They are not even responding to the mechanic shop. The van needs a complete tune-up, oil change, coil packs, tires, and new radiator wiring because there is a short. It also has some transmission problems. And to top it off the tag expired last month. So I had been driving with an expired tag across 2 states. The van is not drivable. I will never rent from them again and will be going after them for the money that it cost me for their vehicle breaking down on me. They need to do better business than this.

The black guy at the front desk is very rude and his attitude is BAD FOR BUSINESS, especially when a customer is asking questions about the money they are spending or receipts. The vehicles are raggedy and not maintenanced properly. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Also upon returning the vehicle at 3:08pm the front door was locked, no one answered the phone. I left several messages no return call from customer service. I called them again one hour later and someone finally answered the phone. This place is not professional , please don't waste your time at this place.
