After the hailstorm last September, I met Mike with A Step Above Roofing. He came to my house after I got off work, assessing the damage. We later made an appointment to talk about specifics. I'm not accustomed to filing claims so he took me step by step. He and his people never left me hanging when I had questions and/or concerns. They are all consistently kind and helpful. Orvin and Kara still keep me in the loop so I'm not caught off guard. They do much more than roofing, so ask them.

We started our experience with Casey. Casey was kind, professional, and walked us through every single step. He broke down the process from what to expect, to insurance, the finances, and everything in between. Kara was stellar with communication and keeping the line open between all of us and insurance. Orvin was great at putting everything together with the project and scheduling with his crew. Everyone who came to our house was courtesy and professional. We never had issues with reaching someone with any questions. Everyone was available, even later into the evening, for us to get it all handled. My husband and I can’t thank this group enough! You guys are truly amazing!!

I am very pleased with A Step Above Roofing, The employee (Steve Moseley) was very nice with helping me get everything in order, I'm very happy with the way a step above roofing dealt with the insurance claim and got the insurance to cover all the damages of our house, the insurance proceeds were used to take care of the roof and all other damages on the property. They were very very fast and friendly, This company is truly a step above everybody else when it comes to customer service and satisfaction, Thank you again A Step Above Roofing.

I was extremely satisfied with A Step Above Roofing & Construction’s work on my roof replacement. I have never filed an insurance claim or had a roof replaced so this was all new to me. Even though Steve was fairly new he was prompt, professional, and clearly explained every step of the process from start to finish. As the crew worked on my property Steve was there to answer any questions i had through out the process.
The crew worked fast and meticulous their cleanup was great as well. The roof looked amazing after they finished. I would highly recommend Steve and A Step Above Roofing to anyone needing roofing services.

Scheduled quicker than I thought; excellent job on shingles & gutter; actually done more than contract required to make it right. Super cleanup. Excellent comm w/Steve. I learned a lot, & they helped w/adjuster and insurance. Their guys work hard, real hard. 5 STAR.

From start to finish, A Step Above is on your side! Insurance will try and skip out on coverage and if you don't have someone like Michael Milligan with A Step Above taking care of things, you likely won't get what you have been paying your insurance for! The whole team communicated with us 100% of the time, very professional, very clean, responsive to all questions and they educate the customer. I highly, highly recommend them!

We recently had hail damage to our home and had to call them out to take a look at our roof. I've never had to replace a roof, so this was my first experience, and I thank God for them. They made the experience so easy and were there every step of the way. You can tell they care about the customer and the integrity of their work. I hope we don't need a new roof anytime soon, but if we do, we will forever use A step above roofing.
On a side note my husband was so impressed (Hard to do) we will also be using them for our siding, fence and fence.

I'm very pleased with the job they did, Chris Green did the first inspection, he even got inside the attic and measure the gaps between the rafters to send the information to the insurance,
Kara Roberts kept me informed of the communication with the adjuster, I didn't have to worried about anything, having a full time job and a kid to take care off I have no time to deal with the insurance company.
Orvin and his workers were very respectful of the property and kept everything nice and clean.
