In spite of being a very busy place, Westlake Ace is run well.
I went to get a key made, and watching the coordination between the (obvious manager) person who made the key, whilst watching and coordinating the goings on in the rest of the store was a confidence-builder for me.
And the key worked perfectly!

This is my go to spot before I look anywhere else. I’ve gotten keys cut, plants, locks etc. ALWAYS have a pleasant visit with friendly and helpful staff.

I just had quite the pleasant experience with Linda and Mitch at this store. Mitch helped and educated me on rubs and sauce for ribs while Linda was so kind getting me checked out. She even helped me get signed up for your Ace membership and advertised its perks. Here’s to hoping these ribs steal the show and the membership gets me some goodies soon!

I'd was in their looking for the best way to hold the towel bar or towel rack up on the way where it won't come undone since the apartment complex won't fixed anything we need fixing unless it has to do with plumbing problems from the neighbors & I'd also went in there for roach boric power to kill these yucky roaches.

I was just looking for primer bulbs for a weed wacker and these guys treat it like it's brain surgery gandalf the White who supposedly works on small engines in the back I guess just sent me to aisle six to get rid of me either way you guys don't have primer bulbs it's a very easy common product to have greatly appreciated if you pulled your head completely out of your buttocks thanks in advance
