Went in one day asked if they had pool/ inflatable patches. They said they didn’t. Today I look up repair patches for my air mattress and of course it pops up for Ace‘s hardware and that they have them in stock so I called to ask and an employee sits there and argues with me telling me they don’t have them. I tell her that I see it on the website and that it says that they have them available and she still continued to argue with me telling me that I would have to have them shipped when any website will tell you if it’s out of stock & it was in fact in stock. I highly do not appreciate her arguing with me when it clearly says online that they have them available and ready for pick up today. Not so helpful.

Ace Hardware is always a joy for my family and I. Today I got to witness a family member calling this store and asking for HR. They were asking because they needed information from HR. The lady that picked up the phone, she has a slight accent. I have never in my life experienced such rude customer service. She refused to give the number to HR, maybe it’s because she didn’t know. That is OK. She was so nasty. Her name was asked for, and again she refused. If this is in fact was a Manager this store might want to reconsider a new one. Corporate should give a sneak call and see what she does very very rude manager. If a customer calls and ask for corporate, or any number associated for that matter should receive it! So SORRY Ace-hardware to leave this review, but she was that nasty, she refused to give her name.

Website says products are in stock. Store says they are not. You will only find that out after waiting several minutes for anyone to help, even after asking several times.

50% prices are a lie, the lady who helped me at the checkout did not give me any discount, I had to leave my paint things, always check your receipt.
