For instance help, the staff at this locations are always helpful and will even give their option if asked. I imagine I pay alittle more for some items, that's ok, the time I save and I know I'm getting the right thing is worth it. Tons of things you need and don't need. Always nice to look around.

Went for plumbing help and ask for help and was told by staff Noone there that day new anything about plumbing. Went to Norman ace and will keep going there. More friendly staff.

I've been coming here for keys forever had 3 keys cut off the exact same key a few weeks ago but today they tell me they can't find it in their machine and told me to go to a locksmith

The young lady working this morning was very nice, polite and very helpful.
The cashier was nice, until I pulled out my phone to check my account and her whole demeanor changed started telling me multiple times my name has to match on the card with my ID (it did).
She began asking me what I was doing on my phone and if I was using someone else’s account etc.
She ended up calling her manager over to OK the transaction (which she did immediately).
I understand that it’s a policy to show ID on purchases over $100 and to make sure the names match, but an employee questioning me about what I’m doing on my phone then asking me questions concerning my bank information is just very unprofessional and nosy.
