I am deeply grateful to Missy and Laura for their exceptional patience and support during my son's transition. They provided a warm and welcoming environment, which was particularly important given my son's behavioral issues. In contrast to previous experiences with individuals who were not very understanding, this daycare has consistently demonstrated kindness, honesty, and integrity. The Director, Tabitha, who works in the main office with glass windows, is always friendly and approachable. Ms. Rhonda, who shares the main office with Tabitha, greets me warmly every morning. I am also impressed with Ms. Kesha's ability to engage with the children. Ms. Jae, Sherri, and Bobbie consistently demonstrate patience and care when handling my son Isaac. Jashira and Tionna's approach to caring for my son is also praiseworthy. I have every confidence in this staff, and I hope to continue bringing my son here. It's a place where I can feel secure, knowing that he is receiving the care and nutrition he needs.

I will be pulling my son out of this daycare.. they allowed another kid to bite him not once but twice. They under feed my son because he doesnt talk infront of them and the deprive him of drinks. My son comes home to me eith marks everyday. They dont care that he is delayed they have forced him to drink out of an open faced cup. Blamed me for marks they caused and claim he is constantly dirty.

I’m not from this area so when I moved here, I had to find my son a new daycare. I’m careful about who my kiddos are around so I called and toured about 12 different ones in the area and I settled on this one. At first I wasn’t so sure for a couple of different reasons, but then my son started getting excited to go, and tells me every morning that he can’t wait to see Miss Neenee. He adores Miss Neenee and the anxiety I always feel when leaving him so I can go to work is now lessened. I appreciate her so much for that. I appreciate all the ladies up there who do good work with the kiddos, it’s a tough job.

We've been taking our baby to Acorn for several months now and are very happy with the care and love that he gets! The staff is always happy to see him and he always seems happy to be dropped off. I know he is well-cared for, and they always communicate changes or things that he needs. They welcome calls to check in on him (which has been very helpful as a new mom) and have always answered any questions I have. His teachers have all been friendly and Missy, the director, is consistently friendly and so helpful. Very grateful for the team there!

Went here for a few years when i was around 8-10 or something and they were racist, for example one of the staff would always treat her own race better, and hella sexist. Also they were very un professional, not paying attention to kids who get hurt for example.

I absolutely looooovvvveee this daycare and so does my daughter she talks about her teacher Nene all day long. As soon as she gets up she wants her Nene. Highly recommend them!

We are so Happy with Acorn!!! They have been very helpful in helping our 2 year old adjust into daycare!! Missy the director has been so helpful and patient with us! The entire teaching staff here are wonderful, however we LOVE LOVE LOVE Ms. Alicia!! This woman right here deserves an award! She is constantly finding new activities and things to do to keep this 2 year old class learning and busy!! The meals and snacks they prepare are great and they have a very safe environment!! If you’re looking for a place to trust your kiddos with - this is it!! ❤️

I love Acorn. We have been with them for about 3 years now! I have 3 kids, my oldest daughter is 10 and thriving, when she had issues with kids bullying her i let Miss Rhonda know and she put a stop to it immediately! Super grateful for that! My son is 6 and Acorn wasnt a good fit for him, it wasnt the daycare or the teachers fault though, they did everything they could to work with him and me. He just needed something different and THATS OK! My baby is 1 and has been going since she was a few months old, i didnt want to take her, because i wanted to stay with her all day everyday BUT, it was the decision because they understood that i was uneasy leaving her, would allow me to call 5x a day to check on her and if i ever did have an issue i brought it up with Miss Missy and Miss Ritchie and i was understood and it was handled with no hesitation. Now my baby walks into her class every day so excited to see Miss Lori and Miss Nay and Miss Diane!! They are great! They always have fun things going on for the kids like holiday parties and even though my son isnt there anymore hes still always included and loved!! I couldnt have asked for another daycare!

I have used acorn Childrens for several years now and recommend it to my friends. I can trust that they will treat my kids as their own, and when I'm concerned about anything they are very receptive to my feedback. Being open 24hrs 6 days a week is extremely helpful with my work/call schedule. At this point the teachers and staff feel like family!

They were better. They don't just "make kids mind", they straight up YELL at them. Even the little kids. They don't let them talk or explain any situation. They just assume and blame. My main complaint is that they're advertised as 24/7 but they open late on Mondays, which is really a hassle for people who have to be at work before 7. They shouldn't say they're "24/7" if they're not.

Lori is very rude. When I called to see if they had any dots available for a two year old, she hung up the phone and I called her back and she was just not comprehending and acting retarted as if she couldn’t catch on to what I’m asking. I wouldn’t recommend this daycare

I can't get an answer or a voicemail to even set up a tour so....that's not a good look
