Excellent service. Scott was very thorough. I'm a single mother and I feel like Allied was fair and treated me well. I did not feel taken advantage of. I had a big job done on an oil leak fix for my Audi and it cost me but I feel like the job was done correctly and in a timely manner. Phemonal & respectful people. They treat women just like they treat men and that is huge for me. I will return.

I wish I could comment on the quality of their work, but unfortunately my car sat in their parking lot for nearly a week with nothing done. I took my vehicle to Allied Automotive in the evening and left it overnight, called once the next day at noon, was told they need to take a better look at the car and I would be called back later that day. There was no call later that day (Friday) and they are closed for the weekend so I give them all day Monday which goes by with no communication and finally I go retrieve my car after work on Tuesday to take it somewhere else for repairs. If they were slammed and would need more time than normal, why didn't they bother to call me? If they weren't able to work on the specific problem with my car why didn't they bother to call me? Disappointed in their unprofessional lack of communication.

This has to be the worst shop in this area. I got quoted 2 weeks. It took two and a half months for them to tell me to come get my car that wasn’t fixed. I was told on multiple occasions that “it’ll be done next week” just to drive by and see it in the same spot. I brought it in because it slipped times. After rebuilding the heads, I was told “I don’t know what’s wrong with it” on multiple occasions. Just to drive by and see it parked in the same spot not being looked at. Please for the love of god DO NOT GO HERE!!!Service: Engine repair

Scoty the owner I have know for 19 years. Hes a great guy, honest about what needs to be done and what it will cost. I've never had anything go wrong after he's work on any of my cars through the years!
