Did not use this company. I ask for a quote on timeframe of transport and I was given the run around of setting up a meeting and having someone come out and look at what we have. I was not there yet. They kept calling me, 3 times a day I have the record to prove it. And as someone who is in sales—this is not okay it’s on the verge of harassment. So no I am not going with this company simply because there is no transparency, they do not listen to what you want (I said I’d call them back next week and they kept calling me every day over the weekend). It wasn’t this location as it’s a corporation but I can’t review them as a whole. You can see from my screen shot I reached out to other companies as well.

Start to finish…good experience! Both office and moving personnel were great. Responsive and friendly. Thought my price was going to be higher than estimated, but it was lower! Would use them again.

Estimator was professional and friendly. Packers were on time and worked hard. Driver and helpers were professional and took time to protect floors. Delivery was on time and done professionally. We experienced some furniture and exercise equipment damage. We submitted a claim and expect this to be handled appropriately.
