Great and friendly customer service, my move in was a last min decision as I had grown tired of my storage units 1/2 mile away. I was able to get a unit twice the size for about the same price.

Unit door is bent and hard to open. Have called 5 times, 2 times got a human that didn’t know anything, and left call back number and never received a call back. Each month rent payment is different.

I upgraded to a larger unit recently. I had asked for 2 10x10s side by side. Sadly when I went to take a look at them they were not what I had asked for. I have had a walking door on my storage for going on 3 years and did not like it at all. I wanted an actual garage door front for ease of getting larger items in and out with ease.
I went directly back to the office and Said they just wouldn't do and why they wouldn't do. I was then offered a 10x20 (didn't know that they were there or available)
So my interactions with the new manager at my location went sour big time when I wasn't able to talk because he talked right over me. I was infuriated by being treated this way so I requested to speak to another person regarding my situation.
Michelle stepped in and we discussed the situation completely. I can honestly say I would've left and found a different storage if she had not stepped up to assist me. I am glad to say that she handled my situation completely. She really went the extra mile for me to help me get everything straightened out. Happy to say I feel comfortable once again with my storage choice thanks to her interaction.

When it was Ample Storage this place was great, then Store Local purchased them and its been a nightmare since day one. They will raise your rates at least twice a year. On top of that, I had my bank automatically mail them checks every month, never missed a payment. That clearly wasn't good enough for them (someone who pays on time) so they threatened me to get on their auto draft system or pay another fee on top of the already increased storage rates. This month I guess they decided to just not auto draft my account and I get someone calling me yet again threatening me to make a payment or they will take my units. Okay whatever, I call the number back and get an overseas calling center who says they can't locate my account due to an error. I ask why I can't get transferred to Store Local directly and they say Store Local will have no employees at that location for a month. So after raising my rent 4 times in 2 years you can't afford to have someone at the location to auto draft my account which you forced me to do?!?
