Jeff was very welcoming. He asked about our fitness goals, gave a detailed tour of the facility and available equipment, group training & trainer info. The gym is very clean & staff has been so helpful. Our new happy place!

Very friendly environment with a great staff! I've had Destiny as my trainer for three weeks now, and you can tell she is very passionate about her line of work. Her workout plans are perfect for my goals, and she's always willing to do further research on nutrition to accommodate my needs. Not only that, but the energy she brings to each session is amazing! The gym overall is one of the best I've ever been to so far. It looks clean and has all of the necessary equipment to fulfill a good workout.

Best gym I’ve been to. Owner and trainers/workers are extremely involved with members. Very tight knit group of members. Plus the gym is currently expanding and is about to double in size. Great place to go to for whatever your gym goals are. I’ve been here for over a year and have no plans of going anywhere else.

Love this gym, very sanitary/tidy, friendly environment, quality equipment. Always light/moderate traffic. You’ll always get to get on whatever machine you’d like. Would recommend to anyone looking to for a new fitness sanctuary! Management is fantastic and personable.

Awesome little place. I always loved coming after work and going to this gym. They have just the right amount of equipment and there is rarely a crowd at this gym. I'm military and they are definitely understanding of any circumstance. Please get your membership from this Anytime if you can!!!

It’s a great place for a person that is just starting out. I love going after 8pm because there are less people. The owner jeff was also very nice and professional while showing me around the gym.

My husband and I love this gym it is our regular gym we go to in the mornings I would recommend it to anyone looking for a gym from treadmills and ellipticals and stationary bikes the got it!

I came from out of town, and needed a gym while I was here. I had called the week before and spoke with the owner Jeff. He was very courteous and professional and willing to accommodate me during my stay. I arrived yesterday and met with him in person to get my membership. Jeff was just as pleasant and professional as he was on the phone. I was pleased to find he had all new equipment, both free weights and machines. The gym is very clean and even smelled nice, had noticeably clean bathrooms and showers. I am more than happy with my choice to use this gym during my stay and will come again when I return for future visits. I would 100% make this my home gym if I lived in the area.

I joined this gym for one reason. 24 hour a day operations. This gym is small. Very tight inside. However, the space is used very efficiently. They are planning an expansion soon. This will give more floor space. The gym wasn't crowed when I went. All the machines and equipment were newer and in perfect condition. They gym is clean and sanitary. It doesn't smell like sweat. This is the perfect little neighborhood gym. Plus it gives you access to gyms nationwide. I travel 5 days a week. And this is a big plus for me.
