Had a horrible experience with Apria. They delayed getting my father the equipment he desperately needed and blamed the delay repeatedly on the doctor writing the wrong orders. Instead of offering to help resolve the problem they left it to me. They simply do not care.

Apria is a complete joke and I genuinely cannot believe they are allowed to operate this way. My mom is on oxygen and they constantly give her the run around for when they are coming, then they never show up. These are not people that I want responsible for my mother's Healthcare equipment. She calls about getting new bottles of oxygen, only to be told she owes a balance of 187$ and that if she does not pay that they will collect her oxygen and leave her with nothing. The next employee assures us that isn't true because the insurance hasn't even processed anything on their end. My heart goes out to every elderly or sick person that has the misfortune of dealing with this company. Find someone else to take care of your loved ones, because Apria does not care about anything but profit.

Special thanks to Sydney at Apria in Oklahoma City....she is truly the best customer service rep that we deal with. She is very helpful with everything when we are greatly confused with the operation of our equipment. As handicapped senior citizens this is a blessing.

First they told me I had to have a doctor's note to have it picked up, got it at the next appointment then they said it had to be faxed wich it was. I have called several times trying to get it picked up over the last 10 months and it still sits in my living room waiting.

For over a month my father has been struggling to get his CPAP refilled but every other day gets a recorded message saying they can’t fill it because he’s missing the required paperwork. He calls the day after those recorded messages and has been told by the customer service reps and supervisors that they have all the required paperwork to fill his order. Then like clockwork at around 3pm the next day he gets another recorded call saying they don’t have all the required paperwork. His doctor has submitted and resubmitted multiple times and still he keeps getting a recording saying he doesn’t have the required paperwork while being told by the customer service he does and the order is being filled. It’s gone on so long that it’s quite obvious nothing is being filled and someone at Apria is apparently lying to him. Place doesn’t deserve one star.Edit: after sending an email to them as requested in their response, my father has yet to get any assistance from them. He’s resubmitted his refill so many times and now the automated calls saying he doesn’t have the proper paperwork are coming in at every 10 minutes starting just before 3pm. If you have a choice of companies, this one is not the one to choose.

For several months my father has been trying to get a refill on his CPAP. Every single day since he has been trying at exactly 3pm he gets an automated call saying he is missing the proper paperwork and they can't do his refill. He's called customer service countless times and spoken with the reps and their supervisors. All of them have told him he has submitted all the necessary paperwork and his order is being processed. Only for him to still get the same automated call at 3pm. His doctors have resubmitted multiple times and still he gets the automated calls. After a review on Google I was asked to email them his information and they would contact him. I did that and not only have they not contacted him but he now gets the automated call saying he doesn't have all the proper paperwork every 10 minutes starting just before 3pm. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The rating it has is truly accurate, they are terrible.

I was sick I felt bad but the food was very good and the staff was terrific l. For the most part the nurses made me feel better. The cleaning people came every day. I could have used more physical therapy.

I received the machine on Friday. I have never used one before, so I didn't understand what I was doing. I kept getting sad faces on my machine. When I called to talk to someone, they told me that one of their sleep professional would give me a call in 1-4 business days. That doesn't help me at all. Water is running backup in my nose and I now have a rash under my nose.

Terrible. I can’t even explain how frustrated I am with this place. I have been trying for almost four weeks to get my mom her cpap reordered. They have given me the runaround this whole time. There’s always an excuse. I don’t know how this place has stayed in business. I wish I had the energy to file some formal complaint with Medicare or whoever oversees this business. Last week I was told that they had everything they needed in order to send my mom’s cpap from the KC warehouse. However today my mom’s dr’s office called to check the status of the machine and it was never shipped!!!! I wish someone would take these complaints seriously and quit letting companies get away with this. They should be audited and fined as far as I care. I work in the healthcare business and the companies I have worked for would never even be allowed to get away with they way they handle things. A few of the employees seem understanding but they give excuses even though I spoke with someone the previous day and was told that everything was “Good to go.” all do the time!!! It’s like one employee doesn’t communicate with another employee. Patients and family members should not have to suffer. If someone from Apria would call me back that would be great. I left my my phone number twice on their answering machine about an hour ago. We will see if someone has the decency to call me back tomorrow.
