This company so far has been great. My mom used them last year and now she is using them to move again from OK to MT. Dan set it all up for mom and Brittany and a team mate came to wrap/pack all the house hold items and did a very professional job and was very careful with all special fragile things . Then the next day Brittany and Kyle and another teammate came to pack/wrap the big items and load it all on a truck. Very professional and handled all items with care. All big items were wrapped/taped either with plastic and/or packing blankets and smaller items were in boxes where each box was labeled/tagged with contents inside and what room it came from. I even had questions next day and needed to call someone to ask and Mike was very helpful and prompt with answers. Can update more when mom's stuff gets delivered to MT and see how it all goes there with the unloading.
Thanks Brittany and Kyle and their team mates for doing a great job for my mom so far!!!

I had 2 guys from this company deliver my stuff today and I am very disappointed. My stuff was thrown on the floor with no care to what it was. They emptied the boxes but told me they would not put the stuff up because it's against company policy. This has been the worst move ever. I have moved multiple times before due to being in the military and have never had this issue before. They also didn't not put my TV, computer, or desk back together. This was a terrible experience.

It’s a shame Google will not allow me to leave a comment with a zero star review. Your company was contracted for a military move for daughter and her family from OKC in June 2024. Everything was delivered to their new assignment a couple weeks ago and nearly every piece of furniture was destroyed or damaged beyond use. They have just started opening boxes with other belongings to find busted lamps, pictures - just everything! NOTHING was wrapped. Heavy books were thrown in on top of stacked framed pictures (of course all of the glass is broken). Vases and small kitchen appliances were thrown together in the same box - again, NOTHING was wrapped. If you have no more respect for the belongings of those whose job it is to protect and serve our country, what does happen to the local customers who hire you? Completely unacceptable!! DO BETTER!!!

Terrible, if this is all the industry has to offer for “professional movers” do your self a favor and do it yourself! Service provided from Oklahoma based movers I think it’s apparent this company signs contract with the lowest bidder for these jobs …2 men showed up they needed help so brought one man’s wife and 3 grand kids, truck driver came in and smoke cigarette in my bathroom left ashes on the sink, parked truck in front of neighbors home blocking their drive, both neighbor and the movers used deplorable behavior towards one another fighting, threw my items into the truck, tied my mattress to the outside of the truck stating they would secure them in “warehouse”….unloading: 2 hardworking young men took items out placed wherever I wanted ..truck driver came in used bathroom clogged toilet, talked the entire time nonsense inappropriate jokes( held up screw driver and asked if “ya want to screw” banter: telling me it was illegal for the trailer end of truck to be down (holding my mattresses) so he suspended them in air with tie downs and behavior: asked to use a knife to open something then held the knife up looked at me and my kids asking if we ever seen “Jason”. Over weekend: unwrapped boxes most labeled wrong, books packed with spine up so EVERY single book was warped with waved pages from being squashed, parts missing, feet of dresser/tables damaged, broken decor, water spots on mattress from riding on outside of the truck across country, (company provided pictures and made aware said they would follow up never did but DID manage to add additional forms to sign specific to the mattress at delivery)broken glass items numerous….i won’t waste my time following up with this company they know what they are doing and they DONT CARE ( have 12 pages of paper work to sign on a phone with no way to read or know what you are signing …so yes I sign to make the nightmare end and get people out of my house) They will move your items with several other peoples items and they will do what they need to “make” it all fit in one load…hope this post helps people looking for a quality service….RUN!

Very disappointed with this company. They only had 2 guys unloading my furniture and they damaged a lot of it. Is this how they take care of military people? They didn’t care about damaging my stuff because of course it’s not theirs. Do Not use this company.

Do not use this company. They were at my house till 11:00 pm loading my household goods, they didn't have enough workers and were down to throwing stuff into the truck to make it fit. They kept complaining about how much stuff I had. They lied to us and said the trailer would stay loaded versus being unloaded for storage. Our items were in fact unloaded and quite a few items were stolen. All of my powered lawn equipment is gone. They also lied on the inventory stating incorrect conditions, which I was not allowed to see till after they left. Understand this is a standard underhanded shady practice in the industry. Due to their incompetence I am now forced to fight with United on the claims process. The goal is to not reimburse me for anything. They get paid to pack up and move items and then deliver them to another location in the same condition, this company can't do that. I have moved countless times with the military and this was the worst experience. *UPDATE* The response below is also a lie, no intention of reaching out to me. Typical canned response to a bad google review, lip service. Another *UPDATE* No one ever reached out to me. Hopefully this company goes out of business. Terrible and dishonest.

I wish I could recommend this company wholeheartedly. However, my experience as it relates to their customer service has been deplorable. We contracted with their local movers out of Oklahoma City to move us on January the 25th, 2024. It did not go exactly as planned. We were charged for three moving men for a minimum of 4 hours. Only two showed up and they were not quite prepared with the proper supplies such as plastic wrap or enough moving blankets to protect the furniture. We called the moving company immediately with regards to the number of men and the representative said they would adjust our invoice and give us a refund. In addition, when they moved our furniture there was some damage to the top of my dresser and nightstands of which I immediately took photographs and provided to the moving company. Unfortunately, we still have not received our insurance claim refund of $100.20 nor have we received the refund on the labor of $155 that they promised in writing. I have sent countless emails requesting an update as to when we were going to receive our refunds. But they literally will not respond to me or I should say their responses are few and far between. Now, we're looking at over 3 months since we contracted with them to move us. It is hard to believe that it would take this long to resolve this issue. No doubt, from the reviews, many have had a good experience with this company. Unfortunately, I did not. Still waiting for my refunds or at the very least some type of courtesy call letting me know when they're going to arrive as promised.

My company was recommended to Armstrong Relocation and it was a good choice. Kyle's crew was tasked with our move and it was a smooth transition and they made two days fun. They had two trucks and they got in done in a matter of time. The crew was respectful and easy to work with. I'll definitely highly recommend them again.
