Terrible service. Their trucks run over homeless folks in the street or on the side walk. There are videos everywhere.

Its unfortunate when someone pulls up onto the public sidewalk and blares the truck horn in a persons face disrupting the whole block. Unreasonable employees who are a rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Just wanted to say Arrow Wrecker Service was terrific and I'm sorry we didn't get the driver's name. We were told the service would be to us me and my daughter in 45 mins and we had already waited for another service 3 1/2 hours that never showed up but Arrow Wrecker Service showed up in 30 minutes to tow us home, Thank You Arrow Wrecker Service for an job well done

My car had to be towed after it was hit by another driver. All of the ladies I spoke with on the phone were very nice and so helpful. I was out of state when the wreck happened, and I had to do all of my business with them via phone and internet they made the experience stress free.
