I know it's difficult to stay in touch with the branches or tent location's it's the fact I lost service and was handling business and had to start over with a new number the branch was walking distance so I'm thankful for that got business done and thanks Carlos

My Husband went to Assist wireless on sw 59thst and talked to Carlos was very rude and cussed at my Husband and told him to get F-out his store This is the 2nd time his miss treated my Husband and on top of that My Husband is Hadicap Last place We will go too

I have had the same phone no for at least 3 years then all of a sudden after I recertify they cut me off said they don't have nothing on my recertifying and I had to get a new phone no. They turned me off 1 day and they wouldn't let
keep my no.

Carlos is a one of a kind, he is almost irreplaceable, his character, kindness and quality of service always go hand in hand every time I bring in my phone he's always willing to help. He answers all my questions and he suggests
other ways to operate my phone to make it easier for me to use. I've also noticed out of all the times I've been there, when he's very busy his attitude towards the customer is always that of quality and assurance and he makes the customer feel at ease and satisfied. Carlos is definitely promotion and raise worthy because of the attributes and knowledge he portrays towards his customers. His track record speaks for itself.
