Absolutely outstanding service from Josh at AT&T! He was personable and kind from the start, making the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Josh was not only professional but incredibly knowledgeable—he had answers to all my questions and took the time to ensure I understood everything about my options. I had home internet with AT&T and decided to add AT&T cellular at the recommendations of several friends. I also needed to upgrade my phone from iPhone 7 to 14. (I know: I’m THAT guy.) Areli guided me through the entire experience with professionalism and patience. I had tons of questions and we compared different plan and phone scenarios. Areli was super knowledgeable, kind, courteous and funny. Areli at Belle Isle AT&T is a top notch sales person with superb customer service skills!

Amazing experience at the Belle Isle Store in Oklahoma City. Patrick Douglas and Melissa Peterson were over the top helpful and the BEST employees I have dealt with EVER in your stores. While helping me with phone issues both of them were always courteous and friendly to people coming into the store. Patrick went above and beyond in solving my problem (a difficult one) with another ATT rep named Elvira by phone. Top notch people right here and the only store I will visit in the future! Thank you.
