I was very unhappy with the placement of the new updated equipment. I spoke with Nate, and he assured me that they would come back out and place it where I wanted. They were out the next week to move it. Myron, the technician was awesome. He was knowledgeable, polite, and very respectful. I’m extremely satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend them, in particular Myron the technician.

All around great service! Live in an area that has had known cellular issues and pitiful internet service. But with Atlink Our connection is awesome. Have several gadgets hooked up and they all work well. Very few times is there any buffering. They keep getting better and aren’t holding against us by charging more and more. Everyone is pleasant and helpful.

Atlink has been great! Anytime I’ve had a question they were very polite and handled my concerns promptly and professionally. Today April 10th they had schedule time for the technician to come and switch out my router and other equipment for a new updated version. Chris called to let me know he was in route and give his approximate arrival time. It was raining outside he took off his shoes and was very professional with his work and done so in a timely manner. He made sure all my devices were online and working before he left. My service has been really good, no interruptions in service or a slow down in the speed. I would highly recommend Atlink to anyone needing internet services!
