this is the worst store for custome service. they are rude and untitled people. I have a business hot spot that stays in my vehicle so I can give estimates take credit card payments things like that. I go in to get the device that they upgraded me to fixed and was told that they couldn't even look at it even though I own the company and have id and was the one who did the upgrade. I will find a better hot spot as soon as I can. AT&T service is bad and cost too much. their customer service is the. worst!!!
